The master stock chicken, lemon chicken and caramel chicken are the recipes we keep cooking from this one.

The double cooked pork hock is amazing, but too much work for a very frequent rotation.

I don't ever use this cookbook. I like Perry's Asian influenced style, but I never cook anything from this book.
