I love paninis and I love variety, so this little recipe book works with no matter what kind of ingredients you have on hand. It provides basic recipes for those whom enjoy the simplicity of a grilled sandwich and boasts the creativity for those whom chose a bit more of a food adventure. I still have yet to try the dessert paninis, but look forward to doing so soon.

I was looking forward to some classic Panini recipes but this book contains only the authors personal recipes, which she claims are the best, which I highly doubt.
