Martha Schulman was doing Mediterranean before it was cool. Think: Julia Childs meets your Greek home economics teacher. Classic food background with emphasis on fresh ingredients and simple preparations. Recommend highly the parsley potato soup. Lots of good vegetarian recipes, too.
