I have owned this wonderful book for more than 25 years. I own many cook books all selected for their beautiful and creative selections, presentations and photography. This book, "Gulf Coast Cooking" is probably my favorite. I pick it up every once in awhile for a selection as I'am a very good cook. Trouble is I can't put it down until I have once again looked and read nearly every page, even though I have read it all before. The recipes and sources Virginia has found are very interesting and the photography is beautiful art. I love to recommend this beautiful creation of Virginia's traveling and seeking exceptional cooking and visual adventures to share with me. Thank You very much.
