I liked this book. It is informative. As said in the blurb “Through interviews with leading allergy experts and people managing the conditions, it provides insight into each allergic condition and how to manage them at different life stages.” It’s true.

Everyone should read this book! Even if you aren’t an allergy family
1) it’s *really* interesting how doctors think the body develops allergies whether that’s in the baby years or well into adult life and
2) it would be incredibly kind and helpful for those with allergies if you understood what it really means when a child in your kid’s class can’t eat peanuts, or how debilitating hay fever can be.
