Shelves: feminism, fiction
I think if you want a starter book on understanding feminism, allyship, and repairing relationships this book could be a helpful resources. I appreciate that it focused specifically how women can and should stand in solidarity of each other (what's missing is how transwomen are folded in but I will assume they are included but just not addressed on page). The tone of the book is hopeful but realistic that you must be willing to do the work, be uncomfortable, constantly agree to deconstruct harmf ...more

I have read this amazing book by Dr. Wiggins and Ms. Anderson. This book has opened my eyes to the female workplace and has brought clarity and new insight into my working experience. I had no idea how this book could reveal what is really going on and now I know. A must read for anyone entering the working environment and those who are already involved
