Somehow this woman had invaded his soul and taken up all the empty spaces.

The mistress of sexy espionage strikes again! Lost and Found was one deliciously action-packed ride that was full of twists and turns and brimming with passion!

I've been looking forward to Owen's book for a long time. Owen has been a character that I've been curious about ever since Submission is Not Enough. A man that was dealt with an impossible choice; save his mother and sister by betraying his team

description You can just call me Khloe Kardashian when it comes to this author. I can't seem to quite her even though I always say enough is enough. (lol) Sigh...so where to start. This wasn't a BAD book. There have certainly been worse ones (cough NICK cough), but there wasn't anything new here either. This author has used this same plot in several of her books already. In fact, this seemed to be a regurgitated version of Liam's M&M book. It is also a plot I dislike immensely.

Lost and Found is the second book in Lexi Blake's spin off from the Masters and Mercenaries series about the lost boys who were rescued by Taggart and McKay. These men lost everything when they had their memories wiped by a sadistic scientist and they're still trying to find out information about their pasts and exactly what happened to them. Owen may have no memory of it but he knows that he betrayed the rest of his team when trying to save his mother and sister from the scientist who held them ...more

Owen Shaw doesn’t remember who he is, but he does know that he once betrayed his team. His mission to find Rebecca Walsh and determine how much she knows about the evil done by Hope McDonald is vital to regaining their trust.

But Dr. Walsh is far more than a suspect in a dangerous and secret game. She is a world recognized neurobiologist trying to find a cure for the disease that took her mother, Alzheimer’s. She knows someone is siphoning money from her research foundation, but she doesn’t reali

Okay lets get this out of the way...yes I know I am in the minority when it comes to this book. While everyone else seems to love it I liked it, I just couldn't feel the chemistry and for me that is a big thing. Yes the book was HOT don't get me wrong about that it's just that I didn't feel the need seeping from their pours to be with one another. Does that make sense to you?

Owen is one of the "Lost Boys" who lost their memory to the evil Dr. Hope McDonald, on some fronts he's had it worse becau

If Lexi’s acknowledgement didn’t have my throat getting thick & my eyes tearing up, then the prologue sure as shite did the trick! I knew right then and there I was going to love Owen & Becca’s story.

Between the chemistry (Lawwwd, did the Scot have a deliciously filthy mouth!), the suspense, the drama & the sarcasm, the second book in this spin off series delivers in all aspects.

Though, as per normal with Lexi’s romantic suspense mastery, by the end of this second Lost Boys book I had a few answ

3.75-4 stars. This was a good book. Lost and Found is Owen and Rebecca's story. Owen is one of the lost boys. He was an employee of McKay- Taggart, but he made a tragic mistake hoping to save his mother and sister. He ended up betraying his team and losing all of his memory of his past, because of the evil Dr. Hope McDonald's drug. He still struggles with his guilt and feels like everyone blames him for everything that happened. Now, he is still a part of the team and works with the other lost b ...more

Lost and Found is the second book in the Masters and Mercenaries The Forgotten Series. Owen is racked with guilt from knowing he threw his team to the wolves in the hope of saving his family. He lost his family anyway and now blends into the background ready to make the ultimate sacrifice to make amends. Becca was the target, nothing more than a job until he sees her smile then all plans change. Their story is angsty, heart wrenching, seriously steamy and one that will have you on the edge of yo ...more

What a lovely surprise! When the original series began to wrap up and this one began, I was concerned. Other than a terrific movie soundtrack circa The 1980s, The Lost Boys didn’t make me salivate...not like the OG Doms certainly did. This story was great and truly had a feel of the earlier works - Ian! Erin! the H/h here reminded me a bit of Jesse/Phoebe - while being new and innovative - Tucker! Levi! Besides, any story that includes Damon (my 4eva #1) is autobuy. The ultimate payoff remains E ...more

Lawd, I cannot read these fantastic Masters & Mercenaries: The Forgotten books fast enough!

In Lost and Found we get Owen’s story. And meet Becca. And try to figure out more of the puzzle to solve the mystery of just exactly how Dr. Hope McDonald managed to erase the Lost Boys’ pasts—so they could hopefully find a way to maybe restore some of their memories.

Turns out Becca has quite the connection with Dr. McDonald. Both women researched the mind and now Becca is closer to finding a cure. But jus

Espionage, spies and world take down is at its finest in this newest release, Lost and Found. It's also packed with a lot of emotion, fantastic chemistry and all of the sarcastic Taggart charm I love about these books.

Lost and Found (formally named Tabula Rasa-although changed before promos went out and ultimately sad it was changed once you read the book and understand why Lexi chose the original title, it breaks your heart that the original title was lost.)

Also, every writer leaves a piece of

I really hate that Lexi Blake decided to change the titles for each book in the series. Tabula Rasa was a great title, but I understand that some of the other readers weren't fans of that kind of title and the author had to please the majority. I don't recall if the meaning behind Tabula rasa was explained in the previous book or in the M&M series, so I was very surprised to find out what it meant in this book.

And since we are on the point where I say random things, I feel like I have to say th

Thinking of Hope McDonald doesn’t always bring about ‘good thoughts’. The experimentations that Hope performed on human subjects were dangerous and full of malice. With mind altering concoctions paired with time altering drugs, Hope definitely knew her way around manipulation. One thing that drove Hope was the desire to get her hands on Owen Shaw once more.

Determined to obtain Theo by any means possible, Hope threatened to obliterate Owen’s family if he did not bring Theo and his family to her

3.5 stars - I was given a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.

This is an exciting story about a high profile researcher and the former SAS soldier assigned to investigate her past. And while Owen is instantly attracted to Becca, he is all too aware that in the past she may have used her research to help a colleague erase Owen’s memories.

Lost and Found is the 2nd book in the Masters and Mercenaries: The Forgotten series. I would suggest reading this series in order, as each book builds on the previous.
I will be honest here and admit that I enjoyed book 1, but book 2 was fantastic!

5*s of phenomenal reading!

This is the second book in this series, but a spin off from the Masters and Mercenaries series. I would suggest that to really get the whole goodness you need to read them all - and I have to say I almost envy you if that is what you do, as you will get the whole story in one go, rather than the agony of having to wait for the next one to be released! Owen, a traitor in his past/ forgotten life, has been given a second shot at life. His rescuers are the same bunch of people he betrayed, so expect a lot of misplaced trust issues and moral dilemmas.

Rebecca, or Becca, is a genius. With extraordinary research skills, she is said to have worked for Hope McDonald, the villain of this series.

But when the insecure but sweet to the core Owen is given the assignment to win Becca’s trust, he finds it difficult to just stick to the mission and not give h

5 Star Review of Lost and Found (Masters and Mercenaries: The Forgotten #2) by Lexi Blake
The second book in the series spin off from the hugely popular Masters and Mercenaries. Lost and Found got to me so much.
Rescued by McKay Taggart, 6 men wander the world no longer knowing their true identities. Used as experiments they have had their memories stripped from them and they all react in varying ways.

Lexi Blake brings readers another amazing story with the newest book in The Forgotten series.

I loved Owen just as much as I loved Jax in the previous book, but in a whole different way.

Owen had some serious mental and emotional baggage in this story. He is haunted by past actions and the things he can't remember. His outlook was very bleak until he met Becca.

Becca was a great character (not that I expected any less from Lexi Blake). She was smart and funny and awkward but confident all at the sa

This book still plays into the big story arc that started in the Masters and Mercenaries series. It seems with each book we learn a little more, but with that new knowledge there comes lots more questions and that is what happened in this book.

From the start you could tell that Becca didn't act with knowledge working with Hope. Becca wanted to solve mind problems, not create them. When she was finally clued in on what she was part of she was horrified. I thought she did well in all that she lea

Owen kept tearing at my heart, and every time I thought, okay, he’s done, he scratched at it some more. He is so lost, not fitting in with the rest of those who are lost. Feeling like he deserves the worst. And then he meets Becca. Now she, she was awesome! She had a tonne of reasons to not be as confident as she was, but she owned her life. She had her vulnerabilities, and she shared those with Owen. He in turn, shared with her. And then it all fell horribly apart. And Owen tore at my heart aga ...more
