This was a fun compilation of journal entries where Kristann touches on some very real, often times poignant topics in a way that has you relating to what she's saying. Told with humor, Monaghan has a way of reaching out to her audience to get the message across. When she spoke of the many side effects of prednisone I felt I couldn't relate more, writing "...literally feels like I am humming on a different frequency than the rest of the population."
