Hopes Defeat is the thrilling conclusion (third book) to The Fated series by Angela McPherson. This book(and series) is in my top reads for this year and definitely one of my all-time favourites, ever! I adore this spellbinding fantasy- it has everything you could want in a riveting read, and if you love your fantasy/paranormal- then you are in for a real treat. The book has incredible paranormal elements, a bit of a twist on Greek Mythology, a Curse, Immortals, Gods & Goddesses, Light an

I just wanted to say that I have been waiting years for the series conclusion and I am super excited to finally get my hands on Blaine.. I mean Hope’s Defeat. Sure years of waiting made me restless, but it surely was worth the wait.

Blaine and Trinity’s love is so strong that nothing could keep them apart, not even Cronus. I love how strong Trinity is, not even Cronus could keep her snark away. And Blaine, boy do I love the man. He is one of the strongest and his love for Trinity is so strong, t

Hope's Defeat (The Fated Book 3)
By: Angela McPherson
5 out of 5 stars

The story Hope's Defeat (The Fated Book 3) by Angela McPherson is a paranormal/fantasy romance book. This is a book and series that hooked me in and I couldn’t get enough of both the storyline and the characters. It has action, danger, suspense, and romance. When reading this series, it would be best to read in order as each story builds on the next. This story has darkness controlling Blain. The hopes of both himself and Trinit

A great read about struggles. After the events of the last book, Blain was infected by the dark orbs. Desperate to save him, Trinity uses new powers to look for a forgotten god and ask for help. But everything comes with a price, and is it too much to pay?
A great read. Well developed plot with twists and turns. Well developed characters like Trinity trying to do whats right whilst dealing with new powers or new friends like Kyron and Centu supportive and brave. A spinechilling villain in Cronus

What a fantastic book and series! This installment, like the rest, immediately captured my attention. I felt compassion for the characters and felt the emotional roller coaster they experienced. The author does a fantastic job maintaining the universe created throughout the series and developing her characters fully. Very well written and very enjoyable read. Definitely recommended.

Hope’s Defeat by Angela McPherson a five-star read that will tell you the story. This is Fated book three, and each one builds on the last and grows the story. This one was the most intense of all three, as it brings us the conclusion. Trinity has blossomed as I’ve read her story, it will keep you in suspense and have your jaw dropping with wonder. There was something about Trinity that kept me reading, she has great qualities and really shows us what a great writer that Angela McPherson is.

Hope's Defeat (The Fated #3) by Angela McPherson was the epic conclusion I was hoping for.

The third and final book in The Fate series, we are taking on a heart stopping journey that has more than one life on the line. I have to say, this is what I've been waiting for from this series. Just some housekeeping before we start, this is part of a continuation series, and each book picks up where the last leaves off. So I highly suggest reading the first two books, if not you will be lost and confuse

Hope’s Defeat, Book 3 in the Fated Series by Angela McPherson
5 out of 5 Stars

This third installment of the Fated series is everything I could have hoped for. This book is not a standalone. You will want to read the previous two books in the series to fully understand what is happening in this book as this one starts off with a bang. We start off with Trinity, lost and losing hope for finding Blain. Trinity and Blain share a connection that Blain is struggling to understand and Trinity is struggl

I give Hope's Defeat (The Fated Book 3) by Angela McPherson, 4 stars.
**This review contains spoilers from previous books in the series.**

The evil darkness now took over Blain. Trinity doesn't know what to do anymore. She promised to never stop. But so many Watchers have died trying to rescue him. So she decides to take matters into her own hands. But it's not that easy. Melia was nothing compared to the new evil that is lurking. Cronus. An evil god who was locked away and now wants to come back

Well Angela McPherson sure knows how to write one heck of a finale! This book really just blew me away. I was left wanting more because it was that great, but I was also satisfied with how well it was concluded. Both great signs of a wonderful ending to a wonderful series. I really must reiterate what I have been saying along with my other reviews for The Fated books. Angela Mcpherson’s strong suit is here. I had read some of her other novels prior to picking up these and they were good, but not ...more

Hope’s Defeat is the third book in The Fated Series by author Angela McPherson. To get the full experience of this incredible paranormal, fantasy read, then I suggest you start from the beginning and thoroughly enjoy the incredible growth of our main characters and their story. Trinity and Blain continue on their journey in this read and also continue to develop and face new challenges.

The action starts straight away and doesn’t let up until the end! This book and this entire series so far conti

By Angela McPherson

I have loved this series from the beginning and this final book was no exception. This story has everything in you want in a good fantasy, there's action, magic, suspense, romance, and so much more. This book had me on the edge of my seat through most of the story. I cannot get enough of Trinity and Blain, I am so sad to see it come to an end. Hope's Defeat (The Fated Book 3) by Angela McPherson is another amazing paranormal fantasy book in this series. Angela has certainly written a series that is great and one that everyone should read and is one of my all time favourites. The characters are wonderful and some of my favourites of any series. With Gods, Demi gods, based on Greek mythology with a twist and combined with paranormal, it is a winner. This book takes up where the last one left off and is just as fantastic as the others if ...more

Hope’s Defeat (The Fated Series) by Angela McPherson

Another action packed book in the Fated Series. Trinity has to take extreme measures to set Blain free. Now she has to face Cronus and dealing with gods is always tricky business. They never fight fair and it may cost Trinity her life. She’s decided that no cost is too high to save the other half of her soul.

This is a truly fascinating series and being the third book, I’m sad to see it end. It had action, drama, magic and intrigue. I

Hopes Defeat was a great 5 star read and the final book in The Fated series.
This series pulled me in right from the start. We have action, suspense, romance and so much more.

We continue with Blain and Trinity’s story, Blain has been infected. Trinity is trying to save him. When she finally finds someone that might be able to help she has to make a choice? Will she make the right one?

Hope’s Defeat is the third installment of the Fated Series by Angela McPherson. This series is one that I will read again because I am afraid, I missed something. The world that Angela McPherson has created with her stories makes me want to live in her books (I know that is not possible, but one can dream). This story has all the same elements as the first two books, paranormal. Mythology, curses, gods and goddess, and light and dark. This story is a continuation of Trinity and Blain story. Trin ...more

Hope's Defeat is book three in the Fated series by Angela McPherson. It continues with Trinity, Blain and crew fighting to save the world and mankind. This story is so far from what I read on a regular basis, it makes my heart happy to read each word. The dramatic and ever present danger and violence just adds to the appeal and I always have to read this author's work in one go.

As usual, the writing is so captivating, so ethereal, it draws a reader into this world and the experience is so uniq

Once again I have delved into Trinity's world and once again I was sucked in from page one. The author has such a refreshing writing style. The story just rolls out from the pages and takes the reader on a journey. I couldn't put the book down wanting to find out what would happen next.

Angela McPherson's Hope's Defeat is the third book of The Fated series. This stunning conclusion brings together what has occurred in the previous two books culminating Trinity's fate. This story/series has kept me fully engaged throughout leaving nothing to chance. Trinity has been a strong and vibrant character, we continue to see that resolve in this final book. Top of the list in the teen/young adults genre.

Worth the wait

Trinity has definitely grown since the first book. Although she still seemed to have a problem believing in herself right to the end. She and Blain have certainly experienced a lot, but learned so much about hope.

This is the third book and continuation of Trinity and Blain's journey. In this installment, Trinity had hopes of a future with Blain until he turns to the dark side. Now she is left to try to bring him back but it may cost her her life, her right of passage. I love her character. She is so strong, feisty and she is determined. She made me feel as if I was right with her and I felt compassion for her. I highly suggest reading this book and the previous books so you get the full enjoyment.
