I have always found the meaning behind dreams interesting. I've owned this book for years, and used to frequently turn it to it every morning after I dreamed, but don't feel like I need to anymore.

If you recognise one main hero item/condition in your dream ie: death or falling, then you can easily look that up for an interpretation. However, if you can recall your dream containing multiple complex scenarios, then you may be faced with many interpretations that are contradictory.

At the end of the book, samples of dream are broken down that enable the reader to understand the meaning behind the dream.
