This is one of those faith growing, transformational books for me. I grew up in a church where the Holy Spirit was basically just your conscience, and I never learned how to have a two-way relationship with Him past that. I am challenged by the content of this book to start pressing into prayer as a conversation, not a one-sided monologue, with expectancy that He will speak if I have ears to listen. There is so much good, Biblical information in here, as well as practical, step by step instructions and journaling prompts; a must read!

I recommend this book to every follower of Jesus! Great resource of how to truly pray through things and letting the Lord tend your heart. I was definitely shaped by the experiences of Rick be Diane and through their testimonies with the Lord.
