Truly Inspirational Story

I really appreciate that Carl shared stories that chronicled not only his successes but the times that he fell short of expectations.

The book is written in a conversational style and each chapter has a summary of the key takeaways. It’s clear that Mr. Sharperson’s intention is to encourage leaders to learn from setbacks and to continue striving for excellence.

I really enjoyed the book and know that it can help others understand and appreciate that finding fulfillment at work is a journey with many highs and lows.
