I loved writing the third installment of my sweet-romance, Charity, Montana series for Tule. Set in fall, my favorite season, Wade and Erin have a lot to figure out before Wade has to leave Montana for California. In the meantime, there is equine therapy for the moody teenage half-brother, a harvest festival with hayrides, horses, and a chili cook-off, a secret job, and finally, a very romantic public declaration of Wade's intentions. Think Hallmark!

If you are looking for a sweet, gentle romance to curl up with on a cool fall evening, then look no further. This book has all the feel good elements with likable characters and a believable story line.

Erin and Wade are both nice people. I loved that their relationship moved in a realistic way from first attraction to friendship to more. It all felt very normal and natural. I thought the chili cook-off was a fun element and loved how it brought Wade and his brother closer together. There was a g

SWEET HOME MONTANA (Charity Montana Book 3) by author Lynne Marshall is a September 2018 release by Tule Publishing.

Erin Chase worked as an Equine Therapist at Healing Heart Acres. And in walked Wade Conrad with a sulky teenager. He was in desperate need of the Therapy Center and Erin’s help for his half-brother.

Erin felt attracted to Wade but she had lost trust in relationships after being left at the altar. She kept fighting her attraction. But what she didn’t know was Wade also was attracted

First, can we all just appreciate that cover for a moment?!? love it!

Next, Sweet Home Montana is a cute, sweet, and clean romance with engaging characters and some definite romantic chemistry at play. Erin is adorable – though perhaps her three-year-old niece Rosie has her beat in the cuteness department – and she’s the kind of heroine readers will instinctively want as a friend. She’s the kind of character we root for and immediately feel invested in. Wade is swoony and ‘real’ – meaning, he’s n

Sweet Home Montana is book three from the Charity, Montana series. I enjoyed this sweet story. I felt connected to Erin Chase from the start. I love that she worked at a horse therapy center. What a unique profession! I love it when she was interacting with Wade.

I give Sweet Home Montana four and a half stars. I want to go back and read the other books in the series in the near future.

I received this book from the publisher. This review is 100% my own honest opinion.

Lately I have been in a phase of reading sweet romances that take place in a more country environment. There's just something so warm and inviting about those. This one was no exception. You start with that cover of the couple cuddling along the shoreline in their blanket, and you're already feeling warm and fuzzy. And then meeting all of the characters at an equine therapy center just adds to the warmth and beauty of the story that you know is going to come.

Erin is getting over a fail

There is an abundance of scenes in SWEET HOME MONTANA which are stirring because of believable circumstances and appealing characters. Lynne Marshall excels at creating situations that could actually occur in real life, and the events in this story can be moving or induce a big smile. I constantly felt as though I was watching a couple go through convincing highs and lows in their relationship, where feelings are sometimes hidden for the greater good. But as days pass and a timeline grows closer ...more

The power of forgiveness is strong on this return trip to Charity, Montana! With the next in her beloved series, Lynne Marshall brings us the story of two hearts who each have had their share of despair and disappointment in their lives but who both happen to be at a point where they can see that it's time to move past the bitterness to see how bright the future is on the other side. The characters spend time together connecting with his brother, and in turn confide in each other about the past. ...more

A sweet romance!

Erin and Wade are likable characters. Wade, an entrepreneur, is acting as a temporary guardian for the much-younger half-brother he hardly knows, and things aren't going well. On a suggestion from his pastor, he brings Brent to an equine therapy center, where of course he meets Erin. Erin was *this* close to her business degree when a failed relationship threw her life off track. Her boss at the therapy center has been trying to ge

Book three in the Charity Montana series, Sweet Home Montana is a heartwarming small town contemporary romance. The story is largely set at the Healing Heart Acres farm run by volunteers and offering a place for people to learn about themselves and how to develop relationships with others through animal therapy.
Erin Clark is a volunteer at the property, helping to care for the animals, supervising clients and helping them learn how to relate to the horses they are there to groom. She started as

"Sweet Home, Montana" (Charity, Montana Book 3) is a very romantic story with an appealing, compassionate heroine and a most swoon-worthy hero! With her typically stellar storytelling skills, author Lynne Marshall takes us once again to Charity, Montana, a community that embraces its own and makes newcomers feel right at home. Erin Chase is doing her best to leave past hurts behind and make a fresh start as a certified equestrian therapist at Healing Heart Acres, the equestrian therapy center. W ...more

I can really picture this book becoming a movie on the Hallmark channel. There is the pretty, compassionate girl who offers troubled people help and hope through an equestrian therapy program, a handsome man who reluctantly agrees to spend a few months with a younger half-brother he barely knows and a troubled teenager who initially balks at receiving attention from his half-brother. Include a teenage crush on this pretty but older therapist with the older brother's interest in the same woman an ...more

"Sweet Home Montana (Charity, Montana Book 3)" by Lynne Marshall is a great, clean romance that reminds me of what a romance book is all about. The way the author writes this story it makes you feel like you're part of the community, and these people are friends. Wade Conrad has come home to be a temporary guardian to his 1/2 brother Brent. They do not know each other since Wade's father divorced Wade's Mom and married someone 2 years older than Wade. For therapy they were told about 'Healing He ...more

Beneath the big Montana sky, two unlikely people are brought together by a moody teenager and a home for abused animals. Their connection is almost instantaneous but they live in different worlds (not to mention different states).

Wade is the temporary guardian in charge of his brother—the one he barely he barely knows since he’s found excuses to stay away from home—for a couple months. Erin is stuck in her humiliating experience, stalled in living her life to its full potential.

What a warm clean romance

Sweet Home Montana is such a really good read. Author Lynne Marshall gives us a wonderful clean romance that touches the hearts of reminds us that we need to gather our family together if possible. Wade and his half brother haven't grown up together and now he is needed to help the 15 yr old while their dad and the step mom is out of the country. The boys end up meeting a gal who they both have eyes for. Let's just say there is lots of story there. I enjoyed so much of t

Awww what another great read

Awww what another great read from Lynne. Wade and Erin's story is sweet and full of healing and young crushes also finding there way back to family and that’s always a good read in my book. Brent who is Wade's young half-brother is 15 going on 30 lol but I like him despite his sullen outlook he brings out the next in Wade I think as well as Erin, I loved Rosie she's Erins young niece. Don’t know if this is the last of this series I hope not

Wade and Erin were easy to root for and the complications standing their way felt real and believable.

Very enjoyable sweet read. It has a pleasing storyline and it's well written. Loved all the characters especially Wade and how hard he tries with his brother. Erin and Wade's romance is slow and sweet making everything completely believable and fun to read. I definitely recommend.

“Sweet Home Montana” is the third book of Lynne Marshall’s series set in Charity, Montana, and is another heartwarming story about romantic love and family bonds. It’s a surprisingly different tale about half brothers taking a step towards bonding, a young man – the hero, Wade - assuming the big brother role and letting go of old grudges in a new family after divorce.

Home is where the heart is

I really enjoyed this story but it stopped too soon! Beautiful setting, good people, a therapy ranch and romance made an enjoyable story come alive. Less repetition of the dilemna causing drama would have been better but characters like Erin/Lucinda and Wade made it work. All three Charity, Montana books have been a pleasure to read.
