Since my husband and I have a short story in Witch Fantastic, of course I loved it.

This was an average anthology in the series Greenberg & Friends produced for Daw that all had titles ending with the word "Fantastic." It's an enjoyable read, with some darker material than one would expect from the packaging, though none of the stories really stood out as being way over or below the average.

Many of these stories were surprisingly dark, while others were very upbeat. All of them, however, were fun and engaging reads, and as a lover of witches and magic, I thoroughly enjoyed this collection. I only wish there were a part 2!

I read some of the stories. Have to admit, I tend not to love short stories as there just isn't enough to get your teeth into.
This book definitely fits that category - there was potential for some of these, but just way too short.

More of a 3.5 to 3.6 stars. Some of the stories felt incomplete and a few didn't have enough details to fully understand. These few, vague stories could have been added onto to be made longer, allowing more descriptions on the their complicated rules of story magic.
