One of the greatest swimming coaches ever (while coaching at Indiana University, his teams won many NCAA titles) shares his thoughts on the sports. It's more than a book about training; it's a book by a PhD who delves into fluid dynamics and based on it, stroke technique. This was THE swimming bible in the back half of the 20th century.
