This continues to be one of the more comprehensive resources for those who aspire to be competent and significant executive coaches.

It provides a wide breadth of practices and perspectives from experienced and CREDIBLE executive coaches with many of the practices anchored in very solid adult development theory. Coaching in organizations is my favorite section of the book and brings the importance of linking a person centered and organizational systems perspective in simultaneously evoking human excellence and performance results.
