Hattie loves nothing more than getting away from palace life and spending time with her best friend in the village. The simple life with Cedric is much more exciting than being a princess with the weight of the kingdom on her shoulders. When her parents announce that it's time to find a suitor, Hattie knows there is one boy who has already stolen her heart.

This is a fun and new twist of beauty and the beast mixed with Alladin. The storyline jumped around a bit for me and I felt like the characters needed more depth and back story for me to totally get into the story. Overall it was a good book with a new twist on a fairytale.

Aladdin is still one of my all-time favorite movies. Who doesn't love a magical genie that grants wishes? Beauty and the Beast is also a favorite, and has been watched many a times. What would you happen if you intertwined Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin? Well, you would get Limitless.

While the story is incredibly predictable due to it being a retelling it does add its own little twist on both tales, though I wish there could've been more unique ideas. The predictability, along with the pace o

A twist on Beauty and the Beast/Aladdin. Hattie and Cedric are the main characters in this retelling. What happens when magic is banished from the kingdom? A father who must leave the kingdom and a son who grows up under the eye of an innkeeper. A princess who slips out of the castle and works in the inn. But when the dark magic comes back, they are forced to flee. Will Cedric be able to learn what he needs to in time to save Hattie and her parents?

Fun Fairytale Remix

A combination of Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin-Hattie is a princess who “works” at the Inn. Cedric is an orphan that the Inn owner took in. Except Cedric has a Dad and he’s a mage that has been banished. Cedric wants to save Hattie when he sees her parents turned into beasts. Great sweet romance!

I am sad to say that I was disappointed in this book. Ive never read anything by this author before, but she has written lots of books and Ive been trying to read/support LDS authors lately. I won this book from the author in a facebook group.
I also feel like I should mention I obviously haven't read any of the other books in the series that are before this book, and that I also didn't finish it.
I think this book would do much better with another (and better) editor and a different title. The bo
