Arklight: Force Interdiction, the follow up to Operation Nightfall, is a slick, entertaining yarn that blends great historical backdrops with a time traveling spec ops unit's feverish hunt for an ancient artifact of untold power. Again Myrick impresses with the depth and volume of historical research poured into this latest Arklight novel. The settings are intriguing and well developed, and the historical figures that come into play make for a refreshing addition. As always, the military and tac ...more

“Arklight: Force Interdiction” - Spear Team is back with even more action, adventure, and time travel in this second installment of the Arklight series! The story also introduces new characters, a wicked Big Bad, and more historical mysteries to solve.

Using the ancient Knights Templar journal from their first mission, the new novel sees Spear Team working to uncover and obtain another piece of the “ultimate weapon,” which is tied to historical works of art that are hiding critical secrets. The

This is the second book in the Arklight series and although this one is classed as a standalone book and much is explained, I did feel that I had missed out by not reading book one. The Arklight Force and its numerous teams are called into action again to find another part of the Arma Christi, hidden at the time of the Crusades by the Order of the Knights Templar, in different hiding places around the world. If it falls into the wrong hands it could mean the end of mankind.

The plans for an ultimate weapon have been uncovered, and there are those who drive for its completion, drive for a world of scientific supremacy, and who will destroy all those who dare obstruct, challenge, or stand against them. They are the dark, and Arklight is a force for God, defending the light. Rescuing the brilliant mathematician, Profes

Arklight: Force Interdiction is a thrilling fast paced sequel to Arklight: Operation Nightfall.
in this installment you are following many new characters, as well as our original favorites. We have have 3 time frames we now follow. Current, 1944 and 1864. So we now have WWII and the Civil War.
I think the author did a really go job at keeping the readers up to date in the characters fro 1944. Considering they are a major part of this series. Interestingly enough, the characters from 1864 are jus

The conviction with which the author narrates the tale stays with you till you finish the book.
This is second installment in the Arklight series that intertwines two of the best genres mythology (Dan Brown) and elite battles(Tom Clancy).
This is again a book you wouldn't want to start reading when you are not free as you will never be able to put the read down. What impresses me the most is the pace of the story telling that allows you to follow the story remarkably well even if we have nearly 2
