Great romance novel

I really enjoyed this book. I don't read a lot but this was one book I could hardly put down. I looked forward every day to reading a little bit more. The author did a wonderful job of describing details of Heather and Brian's thoughts and feelings.

That’s my Girl!

This invigorating love filled romance has you on the edge to see if Heather and Brian will be together. I loved how Tinsley kept the story flowing. There is sad moments within but I won’t tell you what they are to spoil the story. She’s holding on to the tragic loss in her life and he thinks he will love no other like Amanda. How they met thrills you. Unlike anything he’d ever heard from a girl when his eyes met hers. Coincidence after coincidence tangles them together. Stayed up

5 Cranky Stars

This author should get extra stars for making me ugly cry more than once. The storyline is gripping and relevant and the characters are just amazing.

Heather is drowning in grief. In a short span of time she lost her entire family and is struggling to come to terms with it. On a whim, she drives to her grandparents cottage in Beckley Mi where she promptly gets pulled over for going 120 mph. She is a hellcat on wheels.

Imagine Sargent Brian Daniels' surprise when the car he pulled ove

Hot cars, hot cops, and hot (and super smart) women....I'm not sure what else you could possibly want in your next romance. The question is, can passion heal heartbreak and grief? Both Heather and Brian are speeding down a one-lane road toward finding out. Will they crash, or will they help each other find a new beginning?

These are great characters with depth, and you'll find humor and steam aplenty! Definitely a must-read.

I enjoyed reading this book, the main characters are believable and easy to relate as they do show real emotions and feelings like people in real life do. Friendship, grief, love, betrayal, loss all mixed in one huge bag and packed ready to go! That translate to living! Will look for the next book in this series to read.

As a Michigan native, I enjoyed this book. As a girl-scientist, it definitely resonated to have a lead be emotionally equipped to move through heartaches and on to the good stuff. The author’s voice cane through loud and clear. If, by the end, you’re not rooting hard for Heather, yelling at the book, crying, and wishing you could sit back by the lake and have a furtive smoke with Heather, then you wouldn’t be friends with me, either.
