Geared more towards administrators, this book focuses on the need for growth mindset in schools and offers practical tips and advice for how to implement it. The questions to ask teachers and potential employees are helpful, as are the quizzes to determine one's mindset.
I got this from a Library Thing give away. I read Mindsets in the classroom previously, which was a more hands-on guide for teachers. This is for creating a growth mindset at the administrator or school board level. More about systemizing the ideas. I can't apply it directly to my life but good stuff.
