This book is most definitely a mush read
It help open doors I never thought to open and close door I didn't know how thank yu CCM I'm on line most mornings I have been doing the fast every Thursday for months now I stop not eating breakfast cause that's not a sacrifice but my phone is social media is definitely is so I decided to fast my phone and social media and baby when I say God has revealed something to me in this time I am grateful to God almighty... Thanks Jameliah for writing this book it is a life changer thanks for CCM as well its definitely help alot yes I am still a work in progress. But God

A well written powerhouse!
There were no dislikes. My likes are absolutely the truth told in this book and it brought me to tears because I thought about my own life. God has truly blessed me to overcome so many negative obstacles in my life. I’m stronger because of what I went through. I recommend this book to every man and woman who has and still deals with anger from things that have happened in their life. Thank you Pastor MJ for this blessing. I love you dearly and I will continue to follow you and listen to you daily! I gave this book 5 stars because it deserves it and so does the author! Be blessed!!!

This book helped me
When someone told me help is on the way. I didn’t think I would receive it out of a book, but I thank god. This women help me understand and learned who I was all over again and I am forever thankful. It was challenging to hear the truth, but I’m ready for my new me to glory be to GOD......

The beautiful monster
I read this book in a few hours. It made me realize my reality. I thought I had moved on about some hurt, anger and trauma but it was superficial. When I had to take the look and dig deep, the truth hurts yet heal. Thanks Pastor Jameliah Young-Mitchell

By the title you don’t know what to expect when reading this book but this book was definitely a great read! It makes you really question the topics stated in this book! If you don’t want to make changes after this something is wrong.

Not every reader...
I did not like the assumption that your childhood and how you related to your parents was presented as a blanket circumstance/reason for every woman, black woman for being angry. That was your personal experience, not mine and not every reader.

There were some good points but then the information became repetitive. Rated it two stars because it could have been more substantial as a self-help book.

Extremely insightful. Highly recommended ! It was relatable, points were clear. Overall the book was articulated extremely well, and I wish it was slightly longer.

I wanted to love it, but I think it could have gone deeper into ways to free yourself from anger. Also, there are a few grammatical errors. But it was still a good short read.
