This was an amazing anthology, packed with a variety of stories which means there really is something for everyone.

I absolutely loved the stories and discovering many new authors I hadn’t previously come across. So many talented storytellers, each with a unique story to tell that has built a collection to take you through a range of emotions, give stories of different length, explore genres, and generally giving you a flavour for everything to see what takes your fancy.

All the stories had relatable characters, or situations, all well written and put together, easy to read and brilliant introductions to an author’s work if you haven’t previously read them. Some serious talent has gone into putting this anthology together and creating the stories that altogether are a great introduction to lesbian or woman loving woman fiction for any new readers, and a great collection for any avid reader.

Absolutely brilliant!!!! I cannot say how much I enjoyed reading this, and how much I recommend it. If you haven’t grabbed a copy for your collection, what are you waiting for? You might just discover something new that will bring you endless hours of reading enjoyment, escapism, and get your mind really engaged in the magic of storytelling.

This is an interesting anthology from GCLS Writing Academy participants and mentors. Like all anthologies, this has something for everyone, but you might not like all of the stories. They’re not all romance nor are they all necessarily what might be considered lesfic. Although there are some typos, the stories are all very well written.

I liked many of these for different reasons. I definitely liked the range of the stories and the depth of the characters in all the stories. One story is a moving story of a woman who lost her daughter and volunteers to be with at-risk infants, while in another story a teen learns her worth from her grandfather who himself has an amazing capacity for love. Diesel Dykes Never Say Die was my favorite but I am a sucker for speculative fiction. Another favorite in that genre is The Upcycler. They were both very entertaining albeit quite different. I liked several others as well, some of which were more traditional romances, whether it was a couple getting a second chance or two women meeting for the first time. If you like short stories, you'll like this volume.
