This Rhyming bedtime story, with cute, brightly-colored pictures, is sure to capture kids attention and help them get calm before bed. It's time for bed. But first, our little turtle needs to say goodnight to his animal friends. We follow him on a short adventure as he says goodnight, one-by-one, to his friend the sheep, bird, frog, dog, rabbit and lion. He brushes his teeth, gets a bedtime story of his own and drifts off to sleep. This book makes the perfect gift for turtle lovers or anyone that could use a good bedtime story. Customer "I've rarely had to read this book twice. I have no idea how it works, but this is amazing." "This is my new favorite book to read to my kids." "great for kids who can't seem to get settled" "Good bedtime book for any kid... also a good book for practicing words and sounds."
Read for my toddler’s nap time. The little turtle went to see all his friends: rabbit, frog, dog, lion, and more to tell them Goodnight. He’s then back home asking for a bedtime story before off to sleep. A good rhyming story.
Written by David Cunliffe and illustrated by Tiffany Cunliffe, “Good Night Little Turtle” is a cute read-to-me rhyming book. The illustrations were pretty and the text is perfect for a quick bedtime story.
Purchasing this book for my lil grandson. What an adorable bedtime read for young readers, I loved the illustrations, the text, and basically everything about this wonderful little book.
We bought this for Benji solely because he goes everywhere with his turtle pacifier <3 This was a cute little bedtime book, following Little Turtle as he says good night to all of his animal friends, and gets ready for bed himself. I found the inception-like bedtime story-within-a-bedtime-story portion a little odd, and perhaps confusing, but otherwise the story was cute. The illustrations were quite cute too!
Cute. Good read for kids who like multiple stories because it's not too long. I really like how the little turtle says goodnight to all of his friends and then he gets ready himself. When the turtle has a story read to him, it's actually part of the book.. like a story inside of a story. Also, I read two books tonight. This was the second. My kid is knocked out. It worked!
Good Night Little Turtle by David Cunliffe Colorful children's book. Hard to read with some pages that have a dark background as the letters are also dark. On the tablet you are forced to view the book in landscape mode. This book shows many different animals and birds as they say good night to one another. Cute pictures of where they sleep.
I rated this book with a 5 star review because it was a good book I like that the turtle says good night to all of his frends and I did not dislike anything I would recommend it to all of my friends.
5 star
I don't dislike anything and I like when he said goodnight to all of his friends.
*Good Night Little Turtle* was an okay read. The story itself is sweet, offering a cozy bedtime journey with Little Turtle as he prepares for sleep. However, the artwork didn’t resonate with me, which took away from the overall experience. It's a gentle story for bedtime, but the illustrations just didn't quite add that extra charm to make it memorable.

This was a really cute story. It has multiple different animals, and it rhymes as well. My daughter said her favorite part was when the turtle was brushing his teeth (she doesn't like brushing her teeth, so I love books that show characters brushing before bed). Would definitely recommend to fellow parents with toddlers.
We read this as a goodnight story. My daughter enjoyed the pictures and the different animals. She noticed the different blankets the animals had as they went goodnight.
Loved it from beginning to end. Was not expecting the story within a story but oh, such a nice touch. The illustrations were bright, inviting and cozy. A great bedtime story for all to enjoy.
My grandson and I enjoyed this book. As an emerging reader, he was able to follow along and read some of the pages aloud to me. He was asleep not long after finishing the book. I would recommend this book for other emerging readers.
Read on my phone on Kindle Unlimited to my little one. He loved it & pointed out all the animals, repeated their names, & repeated some of the words in the book. It’s a cute book with lots of calming colors that you can read any time of the day, even during bedtime.
This book was very cute. It’s a nice rhyming book perfect for bed time. Not too long and not too short where my 1yo would get tired of paying attention.
This is a sweet book to read with any of your children, especially as part of a bedtime routine. The gentle tone makes it perfect for winding down and getting ready for sleep. Highly recommend!
The book was adorable and entertaining. Easy to read. The poetic flow was nice to follow along to. My kiddo liked saying good night to the animals. She continued reapating good night, little turtle etc to her plushies.
The author makes this lovely book of turtle saying goodnight to his friends, when turtle had his turn he must brush his teeth, and have a story read. Such a great read for anyone with young children. It is a favorite of ours.
