I read this a while ago. I had been given it as a gift by a very good friend, who swore it was brilliant. To be honest, I don't remember being overwhelmed when I read it, but I think I am so far behind in understanding things like the stock market and investments that I couldn't appreciate this book and probably never will. With the financial markets collapsing, this is either the best time or the worst time to get in the markets. I'll leave it to whoever picks this up at the charity shop next whether they decide to even dip their toes in the turbulent waters. Personally, I'm considering purchasing gold bars as my investment strategy... at least gold will always be shiny.
