I loved this book. I've read a few other books by this author so I knew this one should be good too, and I wasn't disappointed. I believe it is the 130th anniversary of Jack The Ripper this year. I think this is based on the murders that happened in 1888. The book does contain many elements of sex and gore which are necessary for the story to be told. A friend of mine recommended this to me. I love how the character is explored. The author takes you on a journey and explores the background of the character in a logical and exciting manner.
Nobody knows who the Ripper is, so whose to say this isn't him?
Definitely not for the feint heart, but one I would definitely say is worth the time to read.
Without giving it away the story has a fascinating twist at the end.

Watch Out for Haunted Paintings!

Alice finds a Victorian painting and her quiet, yet comfortable, life is suddenly changed. Mr. Francis skillfully blends past and present into a twisting horror. Absolutely worth the read!
