I’m not sure still what words I can come up with to properly describe my adoration of this novel and the rest of the BECKONED series from Aviva Vaughn. I’d have to say that I am a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to my emotions, something I tend to find myself often doing when I finish one of her books. I fell in love with book one, Beckoned: Part 1 From London With Love and the characters that would soon find a way into a permanent part of my heart. I have traveled to some amazing places, eaten ...more

A wonderful way to end a great series. If you are looking to join in on the series now, I would definitely suggest you start from the beginning and invest your time to learn about Soren. There are reasons why Soren is at this place and time and has made the decisions he has made to be here. Quite frankly, I am so happy for him and his character living his life to the fullest and fulfilling his dreams. Once again, Soren is faced with tough decisions with his life concerning his business and his r ...more

Such a bittersweet moment. I am so excited to read the final installment of Beckoned, but now I am heartbroken that it is over.

BE PREPARED, ACCIDENTAL SPOILERS AHEAD!

Beckoned Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn brings back Soren in the final chapter. Last time, he found himself in Costa Rica after his heart is broken. By living in Costa Rica and not going home to help run the family business, he was cut off from the family funds. Soren meets some locals that truly help him find himself

The final part of the Beckoned Series did not disappoint. At the beginning of the book we find our hero Soren Lund living a basic and peaceful life in Costa Rica with girlfriend Elena and her son Diego. A chance meeting with an old friend and a new friend set into motion a change of circumstances and he finds himself once again rebuilding his life in New Zealand, still far from his native Denmark.
I really enjoyed this book. I have invested a lot in Soren over the series and I was not disappointe

The story BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn is an amazing book to read. It is a beautiful story that had me glued to the pages. It is my favorite book in the series. The story had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. Once I started, I couldn’t put it down until I had read the last page. One of the reasons that the book and series are so wonderful is the character of Soren. He is a

I have been waiting for this book. I have a soft and squishy spot in the center of my heart for Soren and he really needed to have a store dedicated to him alone. Soren, bless his bleeding heart, has had it rough when it comes to love. He finds himself cut off from his family’s money and in New Zealand, his resort business has found him with some sort of peace...but only some.

Two women from his past show up, and start to ree

What a truly brilliant conclusion, it has torn me apart reading this last book knowing it is the end, this series holds a massive piece of my heart, it's how we first made contact, it's also our first journey together. Thank you so much for letting me be a massive part of it. And the acknowledgements absolutely blew me away I’m forever grateful.

I have no bad comments on the book, only that it is absolutely perfect. And total you.

BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn is the final book to the series and all books before this one should be read in order to understand how we got to where we are and an understanding of the characters and who they are. I have always had a soft spot for Soren and his unlucky journey to love but it is a journey where he has to understand and find himself before he can truly find love. Aviva has thrown in a few twists that were so unexpected and it is a bit of an emotional read ...more

Beckoned, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand was a great 5 star read.
This series has pulled me in more and more with each part I read and now I’m sad to see it end. My emotions were all over the place once again. I was excited to see how Soren’s story would end and I wasn’t disappointed.

Sorens story continues, he gets a great opportunity to run a hotel in New Zealand. While there he runs into a couple of women from his past. This throws him off and brings up so old feelings.

What will Soren do? Can

I have been a fan of this series since the first book, but Adrift in New Zealand might just be the best book in the series. Aviva Vaughn has done such an amazing job with this series; I really don’t want to see it end.

We last left with Soren happy in Costa Rica with Elena and finally feeling like he found his purpose. But what happens when life takes a turn and things change again for Soren. I liked Elena but I didn’t see her as his HEA. Halfway through I got a little worried for Soren; I have

Beckoned: Adrift in New Zealand is part 6 of the series by Aviva Vaughn. Each book should be read in order.
Soren had no had the best of luck lately. Between his relationship with Angela and his family issues. He finds himself in Costa Rica where he ends up staying a lot longer then he planned to.

He takes up surfing and gets the perfect tan and surfer body! Elena is an ex pro surfer and she is the one who teaches him. Soren and Elena end up having a relationship that wasn’t planned but when her

I can not think of a better early birthday gift than the release of the final book in the Beckoned series. I can not even begin to describe to you how invested I am in these books. Loved, loved, loved this series

This is a series that will forever linger in my memory. Aviva captured so many emotional moments that had me laughing, crying almost sobbing and then so much happiness. I loved Angela with her fiery spirit and love of life and food and I loved Soren because of how he hungered after her but his possessive and jealous streak had me thinking that things would not work out for them. I felt disappointed at the end of book4 because I had hoped it would end differently a

It’s hard to put into words how I feel right now, I have been waiting for this book and this ending for what feels like years! I have felt so invested in these characters since I started this series and I’ve loved every second of reading their story unfold. Beckoned Adrift in New Zealand is the sixth part in the series by Aviva Vaughn. I recommend reading this series from the beginning because you will have more insight to the characters in the story. One thing I really liked about this author is that she made the characters into real people who you can see being friends. Her theme is second chances can happened but there is some learning from the past that needs to happen. There are journeys you will go on and some are wild roller coaster rides so ...more

Beckoned Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn was the perfect way to end this series. I usually have a hard time letting go and saying bye to characters I have spent so much time with but for some reason this ending didn't have that effect. I truly believe it was due to the fact that all of the loose ends were tied up so nicely.

Soren went through and grew so much from the time he was in Grad School until the very end. I loved watching him evolve from a emotionally repressed man to what

BECKONED, Part 6: Adrift in New Zealand by Aviva Vaughn Is the final installment in the Beckoned series. This series and this book specifically has been a roller coaster of emotions. The characters in this book are so well written and developed that you feel like you are in the story with them. This story did NOT go at all how I envisioned after the last! I was completely floored by the unexpected turns and surprises throughout the final book. It's been a very full journey for these characters. They've grown so much, and over such a time span I feel like I know them a bit. I am so in love with the man Soren became, and I think it ended in a way that was hard earned and fated. I did get emotional a couple times, but I won't say much more. These have to be read in order and if you've got ...more

I’m a little saddened for this to be the conclusion but can’t wait to see what is next for this author. I highly recommend reading this series from the beginning in order to help understand the characters better. I loved the characters as they bring the story to life for me as well as took me on some twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. What will happen to Soren as he meets up with two women from his past? Will he question everything that he has come to be? This is a must read!

This story focuses on Soren Lund and Elena Sol. We have met Soren in the very first book. We have really seen this character evolve, and I was so excited to see how everything played out! I wasn't disappointed! Aviva did a great job with Soren. He hasn't had the best of luck with love! We did get to see some old characters, which was very nice. I really enjoyed this book.

Final installment in the Beckoned series which I must say it is sad to see the end of this series. But at the other end it's a happy ending to see how Soren has grown as a character through the series and the relationships with everyone he has ever met and met again.

This is a must read series, but I highly recommend you read in order to visit some wonderful characters and some wonderful places.

This book...this series...this author. A must read - every single freaking time. I cannot say enough good things about my love of everything Vaughn writes. Real, raw, emotional, and relatable, this series has taken her readers on quite the emotional journey. This latest installment further solidified my esteem for the author and these characters. One thousand percent recommended!!
