Adrian Ernesto Cepeda's poetry book FLASHES & VERSES...BECOMING ATTRACTIONS is a book that took me into a world of pop culture, passion, erotic love, pop icons, and Latin love. His romantic language and images leave you wanting more and more. This is a poignant, passionate, poetry book that is long overdue. If you love to read Neruda, ...more

Sensual, rhythmic, grooving. Cepeda loves music, and it comes through in every poem. From Sinatra to The Doors, he explores this passion in lyrical voice. Warning, though: these poems will call up memories of songs that will leave you with earworms for days. Good stuff.

A collection with rhythm, love, passion, and music. Live a little and get this book of poetry, by a powerful up and coming voice. Adrian Ernesto Cepeda is not afraid to expose his heart on the page, which is something I value in poetry. This is a book to read again and again.
