Yasmin Boland really does make it easy. Everything in this book was put simply and clearly, and I definitely think it's a good book for a first time reader of astrology and all of its signs, planets, and houses (and everything in between!)

I've fairly recently gotten into astrology, mostly just because it's fun. I'm still somewhat on the side lines about whether or not I believe in astrology (although my family and friends would beg to differ!), because questioning everything and being a little cynical is a healthy part of being! (That's probably my Taurus moon talking.) However, I do lean more to the believing side.

For the most part, everything I've read has rung true. It's exciting and fun and incredibly interesting. I've learned so much about myself, and got a better understanding of myself and those around me like never before, with help from this book. I originally bought it as a gift for someone, but I will definitely be getting my own copy now!

Loved reading this and learning all about astrology, I've always loved astrology but only started to dig deeper into at the end of 2019. I will definitely be rereading this book again and referring back to it, as I continue learning more about astrology. If you're after a book that can help explain your birth chart to you, break down the things which seem complex then I'd highly recommend you pick this book up!

When you study Tarot until you reach the level that you gotta incorporate Astrology domain to Tarot? Hell yeah, it's high time to start studying Astrology!

This is a starter book for those who are interested in Astrology, a study of the star and planet and how they guide your life. In Esoteric practice, they believe by using the birth chart, in which, everyone has their own chart, it is a life hack that can guide you to your life purpose and avoid making past life mistakes.

Astrology has many modules that I need to memorize comparing to Tarot. You need to memorize zodiac, planet, modality, elements meanings before put them all together in order to read one birth chart, so to speak, it is a difficult subject indeed. The book walked you through all the basics; what is astrology, why people needs it. Nonetheless, the books lacks sufficient intricate example for the reader to get one last piece of the jigsaw. This book is like a first step of the ladder, an introduction to this domain. If you want to understand this domain deeper, apparently you need to read more books, in which, she provided resources-books in the appendix.

Anyway, if you are interested in Astrology and not sure which one to pick on the shelf. This one is good to go, albeit not a final destination book.

Jestem naprawde zmieszana w stosunku do niej i zastanawiam sie czy to tłumacz tak zjebał czy może to jednak wina książki
Sama książka jest wmiare okej, jednak bola mnie te opisy niektórych planet/domów itd ktore są po prostu troche z dupy wziete. Oprocz tego przekazuje duzo fajnych informacji w stylu ,,od czego zacząć" jednak kompletnie nie rozwija tematu i przez większość czasu czułam sie jak dziecko któremu dano tabliczke czekolady a po otwarciu okazalo sie ze jest tam jedna kostka XDDDDDDDDD
Podsumowujac: po przeczytaniu tej książki musze wyszukac w necie wiecej informacji, ale przynajmniej wiem co wpisać.

Gives you a good idea of astrological terms to help you learn how to read your birth chart if you are a beginner and willing to learn the whole house system.
Not sure if taking the course via Hay House is helpful if you have this book, it's simply a different medium. (I did complete the course as well as the Certified Moonology™course). The book is much more helpful over taking the Astrology Made Easy course & less expensive.

Hay House had a sale so I got an e-copy of the book for a couple of bucks. They also discounted her course that was the exact information.

The book goes on sale a lot so if you get the book you don’t really need to course it’s the same information.

Before I started to read this book I had general astrology knowledge. This book teaches you how to read your own chart. I really liked this book. There are a couple of chapters I will read again just to clarify some things. So don’t be surprised if I ask if I can read your chart.

When it comes to to doing the course I mentioned that it’s exactly the same information but in video form and there are some PDF that you can download. Even though it was nice that once I was done the course I got a certificate. I would save your money and just get the book.

A well written and concise guide book for beginners.
The author writes in a clear, structured and engaging manner and gives you examples and exercises each step of the way so that you can connect what is being talked about to your birth chart.
The book briefly covers all the basics to help you make better sense of where to even start looking and how to interpret things when faced with someone's birth chart.
Granted it is not a "read once and then forget about it" kind of book, but more of a great introductory manual to keep referring to as you slowly build up your knowledge on the subject..
I would recommend this book for anyone with an interest in astrology that is just starting out and may be unsure where to begin.

Most helpful and easy to understand book on Astrology.

I understand that that title might be a lot for some of you to believe however this is my opinion based on my own experiences. I've always wanted to learn about and understand astrology but have never found a resource that teaches me in a method that I could understand in a linear path that I could follow along with. This book does a great job of both of those and uses a great method of reading your own chart to further learn the process and understand the concepts. I would recommend this book to anyone who has never understood astrology but has always wanted to.

Does exactly what it promises to do. It's a great reference, wonderfully organised, and easy to go through with your chart with you the whole time.

I'm sure it would have taken far too much of the book to explain all the specific aspects can appear, but I think that's a bit of a missing piece that I've had to use the internet to find. She did, however, recommend a book just on aspects, so I will be getting that next.

Over all this is the perfect introduction for someone who is an absolute beginner but interested in all the symbolism of natal charts.

In-depth book

I read this book, attended the authors class through Hay House and this is more in-depth. Maybe because it came out later. I have no idea. It will take you through all the basic stuff, but you will find yourself getting more information which is up to date. Be prepared because the author is going to make you work with this version of the book. You'll learn about astrology and it's in-depth as well as time consuming. I liked it, but I don't see myself doing this full time. A lot of work is needed before I could consider doing it full time or professionally!

I love Yasmin's way of telling things and explaining things so you can understand. I am very much my sign but I see now how all the signs are part of me as well. It kinda made me feel like my qualities clash with each of the signs and houses. I now understand why im all over the place, and why my head hurts right now. It is alot of information to take in at once, but it will be something I will continue to learn and benefit from.

There is an unbelievable amount of information within this book - a resource book to keep forever and to keep going back to.

Read your entire birth chart and actually understand what the heck is going on in that chart.

This tied with the moon book that Yasmin wrote, are a perfect combination to level up from complete novice to intermediate in these topics.

Could not recommend more to any astrology lovers out there - filled with both left and right brain gold, it's a treasure-forever book.

Amazing astrology book. If you’re into the topic and are interested in learning more then I highly recommend this book. It explains a lot of elements to do with natal charts in a clear and convenient manner. The author also includes a recommended reading list if you would like to do some further reading. This book is just what I needed to go beyond my basic knowledge of astrology. I can definitely see myself rereading this again.

This was published in 2018 and the website of supplemental materials is no longer available?! Not cool, Hay House and Ms. Boland. This book is a great intro to astrology, and though I’m intermediate in my knowledge I learned some stuff. Some info is superficial, and she certainly doesn’t seem to like or understand scorpios! Originally I’d give this book 3-4 stars, but since the online info is defunct, it shows a lack of concern for the reader. Bad form!

I am not a beginner to astrology. That said, I have shown this to friends and used it to help them understand their personal charts when I do them and it is, in my opinion the most brilliant resource for learning and understanding your chart and yourself on a very simple level. Astrology made easy is rather a textbook than a book. There is an option to write your knowledge into it as well. Author also attached link to her website where you can create your native horoscope and learn from it later. Not so easy though.
