This book is rather thought-provoking! I thoroughly enjoyed it and found myself constantly reflecting on my own beliefs and behaviours, particularly in relation to existential anxieties. It not only deepened my understanding of my own reactions but also offered valuable insights into the behaviours of those around me. It has given me a new perspective on how existential concerns shape people's actions and attitudes. A truly enlightening read!
