Let's start off by saying that we are so loving this series and its characters we love them all.
We absolutely loved Hulk and Claire's story and their world wind romance.Basically Hulk see her and takes what he wants.Love at first sight ? Fate ? Who knows but, this couple was meant for one another.
Claire we loved her and could only imagine what it would be like to live without a memory but, she has craved a new and amazing life out for herself now with Monique and the triplets and Dave and Mike and has a crazy new family to love and be loved in return.
After meeting Claire for the first time she was shy but, after meeting Hulk he slowly brought her out of her shell and she emerged as a beautiful butterfly.We loved her as she was beautiful ,sweet,kind and loving and loved her new family with ones whole heart.
Hulk- His name is perfect for him and six foot eight and there is a whole lot of hotness going on there.I found Hulk also to be sweet,kind and loving and was a whole lot of alpha but, he also had this softer side when I came to loving Claire but, always a alpha in the bedroom who saw to his women's pleasure.Holy Hotness! This was one hot sexy read. The bedroom scenes was smoking hot and all fiery and passionate filled with dirty talk and multiple orgasms that Claire was one lucky girl.
As the story unfolded I started shedding the tears and they kept falling every now and then to the very end of the story .I new once we learned Claire's story it was going to be a horrific one and it was just that but, having amnesia ends up being a god send for her in the end.
Overall we loved this tale that was fun and sexy and emotional.This story had some amazing characters and more then a few surprises.We also loved getting to see more new character's grace the pages this time around and I have to say I would love to see Melissa fall in love because that book would be one funny read and we all already love the brazen women who has no filter.
This story was full of amazing and strong women who rose above all they endured and craved out amazing lives for themselves even though the had to go to hell and back to get their happily ever afters .

I liked this one better than the first one. It was a decent story but just felt like something was missing for me. It had some funny parts and I really liked Melissa.

Being new to the Thorny Devils MC, I went back and read book one(Thor) and while you can read Hulk as a standalone, I recommend reading them in order. This book has an interwoven backstory from the first book that'll enhance the reader's enjoyment.
After a harrowing accident several years ago, Hulk's been doing. His girlfriend was unable to handle the scars he now carries and walked away. Since her defection, Hulk hasn't been attracted to a single girl, until he lays eyes on the lovely Claire. In addition to his insane, instant attraction to her, it's like his soul had found it's mate. He couldn't stay away, even if he tried, so he just doesn't.
There is no way to describe the unbelievable experience Claire's been through. Beaten, bruised and left for dead, she has no memory before a few years ago. To say she has reason to be wary of men would be a massive understatement. She's been adopted by a badass group of protectors, one who just happens to be the old lady to the president of the Thorny Devils. Claire's watched how Thor is with Monique, so when a hulking giant of a biker takes notice of her and gently, but relentlessly, pursues her, she can't help but want to give love a chance.
These two were perfect for each other. The book was basically instalove but I loved the push and pull of what Claire had been through and Hulk's resolve to go at her pace (although I did feel that it wouldn't have been that easy to overcome IRL). There are some really funny moments with the MC and the security teams. The camaraderie felt real and relatable. In addition, I thoroughly enjoyed the added suspense of Claire's identity and the outcome of all that. Melissa was a favorite!

I am on the fence about this book. I really freaking liked a lot about the book, but then there were a few things that just confused me a bit. As someone who went into this book without reading the first one, I totally recommend starting with book 1 before you check this one out! Things were explained, but it would have helped because this book has a LOT going on!
Claire has no recollection of life before 6 years ago. She was found bloody and beaten and pregnant, but no memories. Since then she has rebuilt her life and has a great supporting family in her friends and their families. Included in her new family is the Thorny Devils MC and then she meets Hulk. This guy is legit built like a Hulk, but a really freaking good guy! When Hulk sees Claire he is a goner and when she sees him she gets an immediate feeling of safe-- but there was a reason she had amnesia and this reason is about to come back in her life.
All in all, this was a very interesting book. I enjoyed the characters and how they interacted with each other. I also really liked the relationship that formed between Claire and Hulk though it was SUPER INSTA-LOVE!! One of the things that I was not a fan of was how it seemed a few of the situations were just glossed over and explained in kind of an odd way. There was an explanation and then all of a sudden we have FF'd through that situation. But, this WAS an interesting read and the characters were awesome, but a lot was going on. If you like MC reads, you will still enjoy reading this and I am looking forward for more in the series!

I want to start out by saying that it's really better if everyone reads Thor (Book 1) first, as the stories are interwoven together, even though they're about different couples. Plus, seriously, Thor was GREAT too! Hulk was in a past relationship that really messed him to the point that he wouldn't even hook up with randoms for some time. That all changed when he came face to face with Claire, because in that exact moment, he knew he had to make her his. Claire is a woman with a past so horrific that she couldn't even remember any of it after being found beaten so badly. She felt that same attraction for Hulk, which confused her at first because she hadn't wanted any man for a long time either. They're interactions were super cute, and the chemistry, OMG it threw sparks everywhere, so when they finally did the deed, they lit the sheets on fife. However, while Claire totally forgot her past, that past didn't forget her, and it was coming for her. MLJ Quigg teased us with what had happened, so when the whole story came out, it wasn't one that I had guessed fully. Obviously that made the twists insane, which had me insane dropping f-bombs. There's also a cast of secondaries who had me laughing so hard with their antics. You know that kind of laughter that has the stomach muscles aching, and if you drink anything while reading, be warned that you could spit your drink out. I LOVED this story so much, and LOVE LOVE LOVE the Thorny Devils MC a TON, so I CANNOT WAIT for the next book! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Seeing the woman walk out the house, she was gorgeous, and Hulk wanted to get to know her, he finds out it’s Claire he knows she can feel the attraction, but she’s shy, avoiding simple questions. After he’s ex and his accident he hasn’t been interested in any women but there was something about Claire.
Seeing Hulk for the first time in years he caught her attention and she wants to get to know him more and for some reason doesn’t feel afraid of him.
He thought he was broken after his accident, he didn’t respond to any women, but he does with Claire, learning what she’s been through he lets her know he wants to see where they go and wants her to be his.
Claire can’t believe the way Hulk makes her feel, she wants what he wants, with him letting her know they’ll take it day by day. Everything is going well with Hulk and Claire they both know there moving fast but it feels right to them. Things seem perfect almost too perfect, when they get a visit from The Ghost, and lets them know Claire’s past is coming to get her and why.
Although it can be read as a standalone reading Thor will give more back to the back story and characters.

I absolutely LOVED this book!! Hulk is book #2 in M.L.J Quigg's Thorny Devil's MC seriesand I enjoyed just as much if not a little more then Thor's book which is the first book in this fantastic MC series!!
It can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading Thor's book 1st as there is a lot of backstory intertwined through these books!!

This is definitely one where I would recommend that you read the first one before you read this one. This is definitely a series that has potential, there was some confusion on my part with some stuff but it all sorted itself that I still enjoyed this story and would definitely read more, in fact I look forward to getting more by this author soon!
This was a suspenseful book that really had me intrigued. I was curious as all get out on who the ghost was, what exactly happened to Claire and why Hulk hasn’t been attracted to women until Claire.
Claire and Hulk were just great together and I fell in love with them. Hulk is so caring and sweet with Clair but alpha all the way. He isn't a man whore and I just loved that about him and wasn't one much before everything that happened with him happened. I really think you are going to love these two as well.
I would definitely recommend this book and can't wait to see what lies ahead for the men on the Thorny Devils MC in the hopefully near future!! I have a feeling I am going to really enjoy seeing M.L.J. Quigg's growth and career going forward.

This is an exciting action packed suspense filled MC romance story. After an accident that left Hulk with a lot of scars an a broken heart because the woman he thought he'd marry couldn't stand his scars an left him.He spent a lot of time just getting drunk an sleeping with whatever came along.Hulk was afraid to ever open his heart up again.Until Claire.There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.The storyline will keep you on the edge of your seat.The characters are unique and interesting the chemistry between Hulk and Claire is off the chart.

This is the second one in this series and just as good as the first one. I absolutely love Kyle (Hulk ) and Claire. Claire is a simple girl who is there to help take care of Monica's kids. But the thing about her is she is shy because she has no memory. But her shyness doesn't keep Hulk from getting to know her none the less. I absolutely loved watching these two get to know each other. And the shocking surprise for Claire had me in tears. This was a great book from the beginning to the end. Two amazing characters who have great chemistry. A great storyline. I am hoping there is going to be more from the Devils MC.

Definitely read the first book in this series! While I really enjoyed this book, there was a lot of confusion, especially since the first book seemed to intertwine with this one. Claire woke up with no recollection of who she was or where she had been, and for the past six years she has been living with questions but also doing what makes her happy and sparks joy for her. Through her employer, she meets Hulk, part of the MC and sparks fly instantly between the pair. Years ago Hulk got into an accident and due to the scars (both visible and non), his girlfriend at the time left him, and he hasn’t been attracted to another woman since until Claire. As the pair navigate a new relationship, and for Claire – a new experience, they fall hard and fast, but when Claire’s true identity comes to light, it throws everyone off and unsure what to do. I really enjoyed the suspense aspect of this storyline, especially the Ghost! At first I was really confused especially with how it started off, but everything came full circle and half the time reading this I was trying to figure out and anticipate who the Ghost was and what they had to do with Claire. Great suspenseful aspect of this romance, but definitely read the first book!

She's shy. A beautiful dancer. Has no memory from before she was found beaten almost to death several years earlier. The Prez's woman had befriended and hired her as a nanny to her children. When Hulk saw her he was a goner.
He'd not been attracted to a woman since his severe accident when his girlfriend had deserted him. Yet this woman made him respond again. They took it slow. She wasn't ready for a lot, yet he made her feel safe and warm in a way she hadn't in her memory. She didn't remember her attack or attacker but she did have nightmares about black eyes above her.
I enjoyed the story and the MC club is a good one. Not too bad but don't threaten their own. You won't like the result. There is a silent bad guy (he/she). A silent good guy(?) or is he/she. The entire club and the security team, a bunch of ex-military men, who work for Monique, all come together to include protecting Claire. I love how good Hulk, the big guy who matches his club name, treats her and comes back himself.
While I enjoyed knowing the back story I would have preferred a better transition to tell us about the club brothers. I thoroughly enjoyed book one and two and am anxious to read the next.

So I would definitely read book 1 just so your up to speed. This book was definitely insta fall with a quick dose of insta love almost to instant. Hulk and Claire both have tragedies in there past but Claire doesn't remember hers. There are so many bada*s people in these stories and so much action going on you will stay guessing. When Claire's past comes back we get to meet some new people and fall for them. I really cant wait for book 3!!!

Great book
This book has it all, a wicked step-father, a Russian mob family, kidnapping, rape, murder, add in plenty of twists and turns, lots of action, a motorcycle club filled with hot alpha males, a kick butt female security specialist, a strong independent woman who has amnesia, a hacker who just wants to help, and you have one fantastic read with thoroughly enjoyable characters, finish it off with plenty of romance and it's one book you won't want to put down.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story but I recommend reading book one first. I love an instant love story like anyone else but it just seemed too fast for me personally. Hulk and Claire both suffered a tragedy Claire’s is more horrific than Hulk but they both have emotional and physical scars. Claire has been adopted into a family of bada$$es and now that Monique is with Thor she has the bikers backing her also. She is shy and jumpy around big males but she is smitten with Hulk and he takes his time with her. Just when things are going good Claire’s past comes back to haunt her and Henderson security, the Thorny Devils MC and Ghost rally around and protect her. I really enjoyed Ghost’s storyline and I hope there is a future story for her. I can’t wait for the next installment of the series!!

A little jumbled
So the story was a little jumbled. Meaning that you got a lot of back story, things you learned in Thor and Mike, represented in the beginning of Hulk. I can understand why, it would work for new readers but as someone who read the other books it was over kill. Once you got to Claire and Kyle's story the pace picked up which I appreciated. Seriously looking forward to the next book.

This author has taken an MC and made it so addictive and riveting. She had characters that have been through so much and suffered and made them relatable and so real. She got my attention from the first word to the last word.

This book was my first book from this author. I did not read the first book in this series but I didn't feel lost either it was easy to follow. I actually really enjoyed the story of Hulk and Claire the only problem I really had with it was that it was too insta from me it seemed like everything happened to fast even Hulk said it was too fast.

HULK- Book 2 was amazing! I knew from reading book 1 Claire had a history, but didn’t see any of this coming. I had my kindle in a death grip as everything unfolds. Not giving spoilers but OMG!! Hulk is so sweet and perfect for Claire. Really enjoyed their story.

This is the 2nd book in this great series, and is Hulk and Claire’s story. Claire has no recollection of her past, and scarred Hulk just wants to protect and keep her safe. Can these two ignore the explosive chemistry between them, and what happens when Claire’s past catches up with her? This is a well written story which is filled with suspense, twists, danger, surprises, love and romance.
I was totally intrigued and captivated throughout, and look forward to reading more in this fascinating series.

This book was my favorite of the series so far! There were many twists and turns that were interesting and kept me wanting to read more. The romance aspect was sweet. I really liked how Hulk attended to Claire and she to him. They both had trauma but made each other better. Looking forward to more!
