Whomever wrote the blurb for this book reminded me of Bill Mahler who tried everything in his power to make a fool of the author. Instead of being entertaining, it was annoying and plain common bullying. Oprah used to do the same thing and after a few episodes of her self-induced egotistical hagiography forced upon the viewer, I just left her in peace forever. Nope, I'm not the groupie type at all.

I suspect the same thing happened in the recent elections in America when voters just got fed up fo

I'm actually astonished by this book, not so much by the content as I have heard a lot of the allegations about the Clintons before, but by the fact that the author claims to be a Christian. He has also written several Christian apologetics books, What's so great about Christianity and others that are highly rated in Christian circles although I haven't read them myself. My question after reading Hillary's America and researching this author is "What on earth was he thinking?"

This book is basica

What can I say of how eye opening this book reveals about Hilliary and the rest of the Democratic party. Unfortunately for someone who is just loyal to her or the party is just going to either say, whatever the Republican party are just as bad, Hilliary is not bad at all and this is all false and their views will never be changed. And that is just sad. Here are a few important facts people just don't remember.

Lincoln was a Republican.
The South were Democrats pre Civil War and during the post war

This book provides a brief history of the Democratic Party, then it discusses Hillary Clinton and her extensive corruption. Much of the content has been discussed in other sources, but this offers a good description of how her corruption ties into the Democratic Party and is consistent with their crimes, lies, and cover ups since its inception. Highly recommended reading for anyone interested in learning more about this candidate for President in addition to the truth about the Democratic Party.

Utterly delusional. Many claims, none substantiated.
If you are low information this book is for you.

Dinesh D'Souza wrote another excellent book. In this upcoming election we owe it to ourselves to get all the facts. This book isn't about Hillary, it's about the truth of the Democrat party.

Wow!!! This book is a jaw dropping, page turner. I saw the movie twice, it was incredible both times. The book dives into more detail, documentary and information of the secret history of the Democratic Party from the time it was created by Andrew Jackson to the present 'Progressive' party and the political corruption (then and now) swept under the carpet. No hear-say or rumor material in this book. Dinesh did his research and every fact is referenced to its source documentation. This book is wr ...more

Haven't read it yet, but having lived in foreign countries and knowing the history of America written in other countries' history books, I see all the parts of history that have really been changed or obliterated from our country's history nowadays to fit the liberal/democrat agenda.

Substantiated details of facts that the democratic party don't want citizens to remember about them.

My son loves to "remind" me (rub it in my face, actually) that I supported Hillary Clinton when she was running against Barack Obama for the Democratic nomination. I'm a Republican at heart, but I didn't trust McCain and Romney rubbed me wrong. I told him then that Clinton was a "smart woman." And that is one thing I will never take away from Hillary Clinton---she IS a smart woman. But Hitler was smart. and Mussolini. and Stalin. and Lenin. I've studied H.C. more the last few years and find her ...more

Like his previous book, D'Souza takes facts and tries to warn America what the Democrats in general and Hillary in particular have in store for America, but unfortunately, those who need to read it won't.
He goes through the history of the Democrat Party, how they were the Party of Slavery, Jim Crow, anti-immigration, Separate but equal, the home of the KKK, but how they have manipulated with the help of the progressive leaning press, revisioned history, projecting all that on the Republicans. He

"Hillary's America" by Dinesh D'Souza is an eye opening read! D'Souza masterfully and intelligently destroys the Democratic Parties claim of being the party of the people. Throughout the history of the Democratic Party, we see a party that has lied about their entire history. In the second half of the book, D'Souza lays out his argument against voting for Hillary Clinton. The facts and pure corruption of the Clintons is very apparent. From early scandals in Arkansas to Hillary Clinton's current ...more

A complete failure of historical thinking, paired with "This thing is evil, ergo the opponent is saintly", this book is amusingly bad -- and then terrifying, because you realize this is how the SMART Republicans think. And that's just goddamned dangerous.

Lost Forever by Larry Ransopher

Americans are lazy peoples. They expect someone to do the work for them. The people needs to the research for the truth and fact because it out there if they only do the work. You're is great source of truth and fact s and eye opener. If seek it out. We're close to losing our country, rights, freedom, liberty, and more. If Hillary elected it is over for America and the world, no more. Shining city on the hill, reign in new age of darkness forever.

Should be required reading.

This book is amazing! I learned many things I wasn't aware of and I thought I was well informed.

By all means, spend some valuable time reading this book. It has made me even more fearful of what could be in store for us under a new President Clinton.

The Clintons are pure evil! The represent the absolute worst of the Democratic Party. Hillary, the Enabler of Bill's womanizing and assaults on women, is much worse than Bill. Bill is an almost comedic shill of an ambition

Lots of good reviews on this book but of course the Dems lie and say there is nothing to back up his statements (just look in the back to his references). The movie was excellent too. It sure tells a different story about how the progressives came to be and how they have turned things upside down. Now with the information coming out about the Clinton Foundation and their money laundering scheme I hope they finally get what's coming to them. It's time they were caught red handed and put in jail. ...more

Hillary’s America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party
4 Stars
After being impressed with Dinesh D’Souza’s Big Lie I decided I needed to read this book. I’ve heard a lot about this book but hadn’t really wanted to read it. Most of what this book talked about I knew already, however when I thought about reading it I thought that maybe this book would explain Nixon’s “Southern Strategy”. It did explain that and it’s really opened my eyes about other things that have bothered me.

Basically this

The libs don't like it because it exposes the most corrupt, lying political hack who ever ran for office. You can tell when Hillary is lying, her lips are moving! Wait until the carp hits the fan regarding the "Pay for Play"relative to the Clinton Foundation. Someone will go to jail. Why anyone would vote for this phony is beyond me.

Recommends it for: anyone and everyont, something they don't teach in history classes
Dinesh D’Souza has a gift for delivering information with historical factual details and examples. I have been fortunate enough to read Mr D’Souza’s many books and every time I am amazed at the level of detail and explanation. Some of the items I might have known, some I learned in more depth and some of the information was a complete new area for me to explore. Overall great book and well delivered. I had an audio copy, but will most likely get a hard copy for this one, since there are some ite ...more

I used to only read literature or poetry or meaningful essays but my mind has been reduced to pulp trash like this so I have only myself to blame for being interested in such a useless book, but that said there is a review in me waiting to come out since it did spark some real dark thoughts about the nature of thought in America. D'Souza presents "Hillary's America" as an intellectual history of the Democratic Party, but to spicen up sales calls it the 'secert history of the Demcocratic Party,' ...more

Once again D'Souza produces an excellent work of investigative historical research and lifting of veil that masks the reality behind the political facade. Throughout this book he also explains his non-partisan (even if the majority of the book doesn't sound like it) and common sense reasoning for helping people understand the true history and intentions behind H and the democratic party/progressives. Like many others, I myself once thought of myself as a liberal person, believing that people had ...more

What a choice we have in our Presidential election this year. A man with a big ego and a thin skin, whose biggest threat to success seems to be his own mouth, versus a women anointed by her own party to the nomination, who is as corrupt and dishonest as the day is long. This book on Hillary offers no surprises but documents what we have long suspected. Apparently the vast right wing conspiracy was right all along. The Clinton Foundation, although it may do some good things, has the main goal of ...more

Excellent collection of observations about the USA.

Well written and researched. I am ashamed when I think about how we have allowed a few corrupt people to so callously trample on the many including the minorities they claim to be helping while actually using them for their own benefit.

Good book. I especially liked chapter 6, titled "Progressivism Uber Alles".
Fredrick Danysh
The author writes an indictment of Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party for what he says are abuses and falsehoods. He explores what he believes are the aims of Mrs. Clinton and and the DNC. He also spends a fair amount of time covering Clinton's achievements or lack of them. A good read for both ends of the political spectrum.

“The Ku Klux Klan was founded in 1866 in Pulaski, Tennessee, by a group of former Confederate soldiers; its first grand wizard was a Confederate general who was also a delegate to the Democratic National Convention. The Klan soon spread beyond the South to the Midwest and the West and became, in the words of historian Eric Foner, “the domestic terrorist arm of the Democratic Party.” The main point of the Klan’s orgy of violence was to prevent blacks from voting—voting, that is, for Republicans. Leading Democrats, including at least one president, two Supreme Court justices, and innumerable senators and congressmen, were Klan members. The last one, Robert Byrd, died in 2010 and was eulogized by President Obama and former President Bill Clinton. Hillary Clinton called him her “mentor.” The sordid history of the Democratic Party in the early twentieth century is also married to the sordid history of the progressive movement during the same period. Progressives like Margaret Sanger—founder of Planned Parenthood and a role model for Hillary Clinton—supported such causes as eugenics and social Darwinism. While abortion was not an issue in Sanger’s day, she backed forced sterilization for “unfit” people, notably minorities. Sanger’s Negro Project was specifically focused on reducing the black population.” 6 likes
“Did you know about the Democratic president who is the founder of modern progressivism—and also responsible for the revival of the Ku Klux Klan? What about the most popular Democratic president of the twentieth century—who blocked anti-lynching laws and for more than a decade cut deals with racists to exclude blacks from government programs? Then there is the president who is the hero of the Civil Rights laws—the same fellow that called blacks “niggers” and said he wanted to keep them confined to the Democratic plantation.” 3 likes
