A fine case of a text that does what it says on the tin: in this case, it explains applications and approaches in holographics in a manner that applies very well to lab-based classes or to those working in the field who need to figure something out. Overall, it's very clear and easy-to-follow and stays located on the pragmatic over theory, though ample theory is also included. A good text all around.
