Lots of helpful tips for figuring out what does and doesn't work for your diet. A lot of paleo cooking is complicated and requires lots of specialty ingredients, plus there tends to be an all-or-nothing mentality that's not good. This book tackles the mindset side of it and is very compassionate and supportive.
I was definitely surprised by the recommendation to cut out MSG, because many studies have shown it to be harmless, but I'm curious and will look into it more. I've never tried eliminating it, or learned the list of ingredients that can contain it, so might be worthwhile to give it a shot.
