Predictable pattern combined with introductory words means that youngest and I will be "reading" this one until he can truly read it on his own. We both enjoyed it.
I see high frequency words in our future...

It would have been nice if the author had added a 26th word to the word bank: "please." "Thank" and "you" are finally included on the last page, which was somewhat heartening.
