As the killing cold continues its march across the world, the survivors are tasked with not only surviving the weather, but each other. Desperation grows as the temperature drops and the earth cracks apart, and only those who are willing to adapt will survive....
The Long Fall is a thrilling post-apocalyptic episodic series that follows the survivors of a global catastrophe that threatens the survival of the entire world. As each survivor learns more about the reasons and sources behind the apocalypse, they must work to save themselves and their families as they seek a way to reverse the disaster before it's too late. Written as a collaboration between Logan Keys and #1 bestselling post-apocalyptic author Mike Kraus, The Long Fall is a gripping and unique take on the post-apocalyptic genre, and one that will leave you breathless with every turn of the page.
The Long Fall will feature approximately ten episodic (25k-35k words in length) books that are full of action, suspense, emotion and drama as the survivors of a global disaster struggle to survive the end of days. Episodes will be published once per month.
Logan Keys says she’s not so much a writer as she is a soothsayer and preparer for those who are still blissfully unaware. Her stories aren’t dystopian but rather a warning for the next generation. When she’s not writing zombies, vampires, superheroes, and robots, she’s fighting against government over-reach and oligarchy using military tactics mixed with a little bit of poetry.
Logan’s currently on her little farm in Kentucky typing away on many projects at once.

This is book 6 in this series. As with the others it involves various people with a chapter or so devoted to each person or group.
Luckman is in Mexico. German is in bad physical condition and Holtz is acting like the punk he really is. Luckman is going to try to find someone to help heal German but to do that he'll have to journey to the U.S. border, avoid bandits, find someone to help and bring them there then journey again through the desert to get German to a facility where he can be cared for.
Michelle and Bob are still in New York. More die and there's more thugs. There's a chance to flee and head south but will Michelle do that or stay there?
The Illinois situation involves Colton and Brittany who are still separate and trying to find each other.
The cold gets worse but just as bad are the number of totally evil people who are trying to take advantage of the chaos and set themselves up as kings or something like that.
Whether or not anyone will survive is becoming a major question.
I have read six books in this series and they all have rocked big time,I live in Texas and it's HOT!!!! But reading this series has kept me cool and sends shiver down my spine even in the Texas heat.I love books that really put you into the book with the characters ,You feel what they feel and go through everything they go through.
Loved it! Great continuation of the series. I can't wait to read more and see how everyone makes out. Will they be able to get back to their lived ones? Will they be able to stop the killing cold? So many questions.
Tornadoes, killing cold, and lawlessness is taking over. Surviving sometimes very costly and loosing some friends along the way. Hoping Brittany, Michele, Bob, and new group will make it.
Another episode of this most enjoyable post-apoc series. Altho each episode is only 75-80 pages long it's absolutely enough to move the story on and develop characters. I read each espisode between full length books and always look forward to the next.
This is episode six of the box set I have and I am enjoying the character-led story, each battling the deadly weather. It's now also highlighting the barbarism of some who have survived alongside those who are trying to do good.
I liked that it was different from most apocalyptic books with the freeze. You never know what the future holds. I hate the cold so I probably would pretty quick!I.
