An absolute life saver for the new parent. A sanity preserver, a manual, the best help when you feel out of your depth. Easy to follow and just brilliant. I think every new parent should have this book. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I am a sleep consultant and thought, in my opinion, that this book is very accurate with the advice given from the authors. Definitely worth a read!
