Melchester Rovers has fallen on hard times and down in League Two, but still Roy Race is desperate to play for the team. Can he make it? Can the Rovers rise again?

Loving the reboot of Roy of the Rovers, it’s not just football, it’s about family and friendship.

5 stars and I'm not even a football fan. Hugely enjoyable and perhaps the best format (after FIFA) to enjoy football in!

Here’s me being a kid again.

As the commentators like to say, “It’s Roy of the Rovers stuff.”

I love this book because Roy's dream finally comes true to join the rovers just like his dad did.
