This is a great book! It offers fundamental techniques that are applicable to therapy. Recommended for anyone running group therapy.

This book had some good information- and I'm sure for the topic, this is probably a really good comprehensive resource, but it wasn't my favorite to read. Maybe if I was conducting a group while reading it, I would have enjoyed it more?
