Rosy didn't think her life could get worse until she finds out her father sold her to Steele for five thousand dollars. Steele knew the minute he saw Rosy in her father's van he had to have her. He never expected her father to show up and offer Rosy up for fast cash but he wasn't about to refuse what was offered. Rosy shows up uncertain what's expected of her until Steele makes he needs plain and takes her off to a cabin in the woods. Once at the cabin things progress with them pretty quickly as Steele shows Rosy how it can be between them. The longer Rosy is with Steele the harder to keep her feeling under control for him. When it close to time for them to part Steele realizes he wants more time with her and it scares him. Will Steele send Rosy away or will he claim her for his own?

This was a hot steamy story. Once I started it I couldn't put it down. he chemistry between Steele and Rosy is explosively hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this story for anyone that loves a steamy read.

This is a sexy, steamy read. Steele and Rosy do not have a normal relationship at all.. So don't go into this book thinking that. This is a raunchy dirty story that is just for the over the top story lovers. And sometimes you just need those. I know I do. After reading some heavy stories that tear you apart, I head to a Cassandra book for some down and dirty fun. That is what I love about her books.

Rosy is sold to Steele by her father. And of course, Steele wants all kinds of dirty things done for the month that he has her. But while these two are held up in a cabin in the woods, they start falling for each other. That is where the emotions and love come in. Got to love it. :)

Rosy and Steel will take you on an emotional roller coaster. Just plain, dirty and guaranteed to explode your Kindle. Definitely not a normal relationship but plenty of sexy and steamy scenes. Sold for five thousand dollars by her father, Rosy found herself in a cabin with Steele and things heat up. An older man, younger woman relationship. Actually, they were perfect for each other. An entertaining read that I read as an arc and voluntarily chose to review.

Couldn’t finish it

It starts out ok. I usually get the samples before reading but I should have paid more attention to the reviews. This whole book is a freaking hot mess. Then it takes a total 180 and the slutty Virgin thing happens. I get it it wants to be Out There but c’mon!! The MC sounded like a reasonable guy but the creepy factor just started to get under My skin. Am sorry but if I was going to give it a five star I would but I couldn’t Could Not finish this creepy book.

If you don’t mind contradictions and bad edits. Go ahead and read but I just couldn’t get past the 30% of this book.

If I could give this book -3 stars I would. This is a DNF for me. Rosy is a doormat that gets sold by her father to Mr Steel for a month. Sex trafficking isn’t a turn on and that’s the territory this book skirts. I closed this book at the office scene where Sir is licking his lips and telling Rosy he thinks women should serve their men. Besides a really crappy story line and uninteresting characters, there’s a lot of repetitive nonsense, typos and disjointed sentences.

Unlikable H, and h was weak and a doormat. I almost dnf but kept going since I was halfway through. It went downhill for me after they separated for 3 months and both had sex with other people. Granted h never actually had intercourse with the om, but still I was annoyed with the fingering, kissing, being half naked ..ect. As for the H, he dated other women and "tried" to have sex, didn't mention how far he went. However he did finger a woman and it hinted that he made her orgasm just to get information about the h when they were separated.

H had the nerve to be angry when he knew the h had a bf, in fact he accused her of cheating when it was never defined they were in a relationship. No grovelling at all after he hurt her, he just shows up and she was like "Fuck me" ugh. I skipped that whole sex scene, then surprise, he leaves her again! even after feeling depressed and miserable during the separation.

The story had potential and a good plot, and the sex was raunchy between the main characters, which I didn't mind. It was ruined for me when other people got involved. I would've been fine If they had stayed miserable during the separation, as mentioned in the story and not messed around.

This story is about Rosy a young high school graduate virgin and Steele is is an older wealthy man. They meet by accident when Steele finds her father dumpster diving and Rosy defends him and Steele can not believe his eyes when he sees Rosy. The father who never really took care of Rosy ends up selling her to Steele for a month and does not even think twice about it. Rosy can not believe what’s happening but as soon as Steele lays down his rules she jumps right on board. Rosy and Steele start having feelings for one another and Steele walks away from his and Rosy is unsure what to do with hers. At month end Steele mistreats Rosy and leaves without saying goodbye and Rosy is heartbroken. Unknown to Rosy Steele gets her a place to live, new wardrobe and into college. Steele hides overseas but can not forget Rosy and Rosy moves on with another guy on the surface never forgetting Steele. Will these two find their way back to one another before it’s too late? Can Steele ever allow himself to find love and happiness? The chemistry between these two in down right over the top, maybe a bit too much. Rosie just graduated high school and is a maid at a sleezy hotel in Vegas. She hates her job and wants more for herself. She feels that she has to take care of her dad and this is the only job she could get. Her father treats her badly giving her very low self esteem. That all changes when her dad is caught rummaging through The Grand's, a hotel that caters to the rich, garbage and getting caught by the owner, Steele. Steele tells him he will call the cops if he ever sees him ther again until he sees his daughter, Rosie, and is blown away, she is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He ends up telling him he can go through the garbage after 2am. He can't seem to get her off his mind and is trying to think of ways he can see her again when her dad shows up with a proposition that he knows is wrong but can't turn down. Steele keeps telling Rosie this is only a business transaction and nothing more for 1 month. But what happens when they both fall in love with each other and Steele walks out before Rosie is awake and leaves when their time is up. I absolutely this book. I'll be honest and say I do not read Cassandra Dee's books for intellectual engagement, but this particular one was one of my least favourite books. Mistakes in story were abundant with something happening and then the story would act as though it hadn't (Say a shirt removed but suddenly appeared back on) or glaring typos. They main characters were not likeable. I don't mind flawed characters but both seemed to have 0 redeeming qualities. I will say this got me to read the entire book when I wanted to stop. I kept hoping that the female would grow a backbone at least slightly and read till the end only to be disappointed. Although females with low self esteem in such books are normal and not something that ever bothers me, this one took it to a new level that was beyond what I could tolerate. Again, this author's books are read for pleasure only and cannot stimulate anything but a libido, but this one did not even meet standards for that in my opinion. Try one of the authors other books instead. Generally they are simple and erotic and can rev the engine. This one was not on par with previous reads though.

Steel is a billionaire hotel owner who treats women as a commodity to be used and then discarded. When he sees Rosie he immediately lusts after her and makes a deal with her father to buy her for one month. Rosie is an innocent eighteen year old woman and untutored in the ways of the world. It does not take long before she is his totally obeying his every wish until the morning he leaves her without saying goodbye. You will have to read the story to find out what happens next. This was complusive read with erotic sex scenes and deep emotional undertones, the characterization of Steel and Rosie was first rate and their emotional outpouring was part of the reason I found this book such compulsive reading.

Ughhhh so this kills me because I really really wanted to like this book but.... yeah nope it’s a no for me. So why you ask? Well let me just list a few issues: spelling errors, plot holes, sentence structure, repeated actions over and over like it was the same scene in three different spots. Also, now let me preface and say that I like BDSM when done properly but every time they are together he’s squeezing her neck choking her???? Uhm yeah no. Also we never got a satisfactory conclusion for Betty, the first chapter wraps us into feeling for her as a semi mother figure yet we never find out about her after the pink flamingo closes. And the last thing.... they go at it like bunnies for an entire month at the cabin yet somehow she didn’t end up pregnant??? Yeah suspended reality. Oh and I don’t want to read about the hero or the heroine having any intimate contact with someone else while broken up.... in this book we get it from both. So just a warning, read at your own peril.

This was a good book by this duo. Rosy has a father who doesn't even act like a father. He needs money and finds ways to make it. Steele is a hotel owner and a man who uses women and then discards them. When he sees Rosy he is taken by how beautiful she is and can't stop thinking of her. When Rosy's father offers him Rosy for money he accepts. However, when Rosy finds out she is a mix of emotions. She is mad at her father, but attracted to Steele, so she is nervous. While spending the month together she is reminded that their month is just a transaction. Steele starts having feelings for her but pushes her away. He feels that she is too pure and sweet for him and doesn't want to ruin her. She is his light to his dark. Will he be able to share his real feelings before it's too late? Rosy and Steele have explosively hot chemistry and their attraction to each other was instantaneous.

I enjoyed how Rosy & Steele met, and then how they are brought together. Rosy is a sweet young woman, who has a loser father. She works a crappy job at a dirty hotel. Steele is rich, stinking rich. He loves the life he has created as well as his hotel. When he see's Rosy he finds her so attractive. Then Frank, Rosy's father offers Steele a chance of a lifetime. One month with Rosy, to do what he wants!
This story was so good. Steele is just what Rosy needs in her life. When they first get together he shows her tenderness something she desperately craves, then he becomes cold and distant which I didn't care to much for him at that time, however he soon redeems himself and gives Rosy a life she deserves. Another fantastic story and a great author pairing!

As the two spend time in his cabin, feelings start to come in to play. Steele knows he's a serial cheater, a**hole and scoundrel. Rosy is too good for him so he sends her away. Of course this doesn't work the way he planned. Is it too late for the two? Will Steele be the man Rosy needs? Is there a way for light and dark to coexist?

So naughty and taboo, this book has some serious moments of melt your kindle hotness. This is such an amazing and entertaining read, I’ve never read anything by Jade Evans so she is a new author to me and she has one of the best authors to have a collaboration with - Cassandra Dee. This is the story of Rosy and Steele, Rosy is from a horrible family her father wow when he looks at Rosy all he see’s are dollar signs. Steele is a billionaire who owns a hotel and when he meets Rosy’s father Frank Steele buys time with Rosy ( a month ) but he didn’t expect to feel the way he does about her. There’s so much more to this story but I don’t want to spoil it anymore for you, this is such a great read 5 plus ⭐️. I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Well written romance that is what the titel says. A mix of drama, action, secrets, lies, trust, lust, love, protectiveness, passion and emotional ups and downs. It has some twists in it. A sweet and steamy novel with lots in it. About letting the walls down and let the one that fate has choosen for you in. The characters are likeable and well described.
The playboy meets his fate and the question is if he is going to go for it or he keeps being the dirty player.
I like it is written in dual POV, which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. That makes the story even more emotional and captivating.
It is engaging and recommendable.

Rosy's father sells her to Steele for a month to do whatever he wants with her. Steele brings her to his cabin in the woods and that's when all the fun begins. “The Dirty Hotel King” starts out as more an erotic story but as the book progresses romance develops. What happens after the month is up? Will Steele be able to admit his feelings before it's too late? This superbly written story is definitely worth reading. Don't miss out.

Waste of time . No connection between characters literally human trafficking. Story jumped around. He tells her after dad sold her that he had locks changed on dad's house so she can't go back home. He was going to get her a room at his hotel but cancelled that and he decided to take her to a cabin. But then the story jumps to the next morning getting in his car. Who slept where?. What? Several inconsistencies like that in story. She went around head bowed like a slave. Yes sir. Of course sir I'll rub your feet and cook for you and clean. It had a good idea but didn't follow thru.

Great read

Rosy is a beautiful young woman with a no good father and working a sucky job. Steele is a billionaire who gets what he wants. Steele sees Rosy and wants her, when Rosy father offered Rosy up to Steele for money. Steele jumps on it. Will a month with a billionaire in a cabin change Rosy's world? Will Steele change his mind on relationship? Will they get a HEA?

How naive do we think 18 year olds are? Why do writers subject us to young heroines who fall so easily for the alpha male and lose themselves in the process?

The story would have been more enjoyable if Rosy had a backbone? She could have possibly believed that her father could sell her to Steele for a month for $5000. What became of the father anyway?

The story was okay, not great but entertaining.

Steele and Rosy pull on a deep intense attraction that makes them want more then they have. What was supposed to be a month makes them both wondering if it could be more. Can he get over his Alpha male ways and be with one woman? So much passion and digging deep to see what they really want makes this romance amazing.

I’ve read a lot by this author and she is often my “goto” when I need a quick dirty fun read. I just really couldn’t get into this book. I didn’t feel invested in the characters. And there was way too much teenagey angst going on. There were also tons of typos and missing words. It’s a bit distracting.

Rosy and Steele meet under different circumstances and the story continues tonbe different from them Rosy is the innocent young woman amd Steele is the older man who is definately not innocent. The book is certaibly hot but also sweet at times and at other times you feel like taking the character aside and questioning why they are behaving they are. Loved the book and will be rereading.

Didn't finish

I usually like Cassandra Dee, but this book is terrible. It's as if the two authors didn't even read the other writer's work. In one chapter he hasn't had time for relationships in his life, in the next he's newly divorced. In one chapter he grew up poor, in the previous, his parents sent him to work on a ranch to learn humility. Too confusing to keep straight.

This story smacks of sex trade because the billionaire wants Rosy tone his sex slave for a month. There has been too much sexual abuse in the news by prominent rich men. For a story such as this one. I do NOT recommend this book to anyone.
