"Small Talk" makes you think about what drives the introverts and how they could overcome their fears in public speaking. The book is informative, structured and captivating. I would definitely recommend it for introverts who have been searching for a practical guide on how to start and most importantly sustain any conversation but it might be also handy for extroverts aiming at improving their communication skills. Well done, Tiana!
