Despite the fact it seemed like Base Masters was all over Sterling Shore, I'd never really known much about him, aside from random factoids. Things like... he's a semi-estranged cousin of one of my brother's friends, plays guitar in a local band, and he doesn't get mentioned much unless he's on stage.
Until... he decided I was going to be his first real-life muse, moved himself into my spare room, and started splashing the walls with pictures of my face next to his lyrics...
His weirdness differs from mine, but he'd be a perfect candidate for my hymen situation. Then I could finally move on to the next personal challenge on my list. The only problem is that he's yet another man afraid of a virgin.
I genuinely never expected it to be so difficult to lose one's virginity. I think the world has filled me with false expectations of debauchery coming so easily.

A plot as unbelievable as it is unrelatable. Britt’s naivety stopped being funny at around the half way mark, and Base was not my idea of a hero. Sorry.

Okay but not great.
I really enjoyed Maverick’s book… one of my few five star reviews.
This one, though, missed several marks for me.
It wasn’t the easy reading that I know from this author. The story was LONG. It was confusing at times. It was anticlimactic. It felt forced with conflict and devoid of emotion.
It kept circling the big emotional moments, but it never hit a bullseye with any of them. The virginity thing was just played OTT to be so blah in fruition. Much ado because I don’t feel like either character ever progressed, worked anything out, evolved, compromised, or whatever. After chasing “more” forever and a 3-mo separation the end is solved by lust, not understanding.
The chemistry between the MCs was just off. It felt more friendly than romantic.
I laughed and snorted at some parts, but i was also bored in many parts. Again, it felt like a circle to nowhere.
A lot of subplots with the game, virginity, band, secondary character issues, etc. Yet, none of the plots were given proper arching to be interesting, flesh out, and then wrapped up neatly.
The ending just wasn’t fulfilling or up to par for a stand alone. It left a cliffhanger for another couple, and I wasn’t confident the MCs would ever make it long term. I’ve never read an epilogue of someone else’s wedding. Ehhh, that entire chapter felt like a cop-out of not knowing where to leave these characters. Felt like being camped out in a lawn chair for hours waiting for this big firework show only for the ‘show’ to consist of one dud firecracker fizzling around on the ground.
Britt…. Isn’t just UNIQUE! Why skirt that issue?
Potential to be an amazing character. Her social awkwardness and ineptness is something the could’ve been a fantastic read. First, I give the author props for not doing anything as stupid as changing her character for a HEA; Britt was Britt all the way to the end.
That said, the author never took off the kid gloves. The author skirted all around Britt’s character profile without ever putting it in ink. I felt that was disingenuous and even insulting. A variety of mental, personality, etc issues exist, and none are anything to be ashamed of. Calling a spade a spade is honesty, pride, acceptance … not shameful. Britt’s character doesn’t understand basic social cues, interactions, behaviors… she can’t process them nor produce them. Whether it’s on the autism spectrum or some other issue…. The author never even hints at it. Instead, it’s played off as her being perceived as weird and loved as unique.
In internal dialogue, the FMC mentions her therapist once somewhere along the way, meaning she has had professional treatment. So what? None of this Sterling family cares enough for her to get help? No one mentions that her difficulties are a medical issue? Where’s the help she needs to process and thrive? Why not call her “uniqueness” what it actually is - a mental health disorder of some sort!!?!??!??
Anyway, the bits of humor rake in 2 1/2 stars, but I’m thoroughly unimpressed with the MCs and storyline.

CM Owen's never ceases to amaze me with the storylines she delivers.
Talk Nerdy To Me is one of my favs from this year hands down. If your a fan of this series or if you are new to this series YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK !!! It has my favorite female character off ALL TIME !!!! That's right I said it MY FAVORITE FEMALE CHARACTER EVER.

FYI I adore Britt so review may be a smidge biased. ;)
Well. I'm sad to say I didn't completely love it. Though I REALLY wanted to. As I've been waiting FOREVER for Britt's story. But this was... just not what I imagined. It was missing that passionate and emotional depth that I've come to expect from this series. Just felt let down as I was SO excited for Britt's book. And to see who she would be matched up with. But Base, I felt---just my opinion-- did not wholly deserved the unique, beautiful, and forthright soul that is Britt. The guy just wasn't Alpha, possessive, protective or appreciated her enough. How he broke her heart...made her felt bad for being who she is, that just pissed me off. Especially when she gave him her first everything. Her virginity, her trust, her true self. And the guy...I'm sorry...but--he was kind of a user. He stayed with Britt to use her as a muse for his music. Took a bit advantage of her naivety to gain his inspiration. That was his main draw to her. Their relationship I thought, worked great as friends, but when it became more...I didn't really feel the magic. I honestly feel that--and this is a first for me---they were better off friends than lovers. They had chemistry but it lacked that soulful connection that was obvious with the other couples.
Two scenes that really hit it home for me that Base was just not hero-worthy enough. At least to my standards. When Britt was trampled and got hurt at his concert, and her BROTHER came to her rescue instead. Base never bothered to check on her? The next day he asked why she didn't let him know she got hurt. And then he just let it go. Nope, my alphas would go ape-shit. And that heartbreaking scene where he gave her an ultimatum about their relationship. He couldn't' deal with her answer so he left her. In the pouring rain!! She walked home drenched and heart-broken. And what about their 3 month separation, he calmly looks on as she goes on a date with another man. Where is the crazed jealousy?? Or am I too spoiled with all my Alexa Riley and Jenika Snow's Heroes? *guilty shrug* Probably.
I do however LOVE seeing most of the Sterlings guys again. (Not Corbin, yes I hold a grudge). And can I say all the LARP scenes made me laugh like a crazed mad woman. Especially Dale in those tights--sorry, "leggings". But the most hilarious thing was the hymen presentation Britt gave. With only Base, Stitch and Randy being the only men among a sea of women. Looking like creepers....but not Randy. Lols. He took notes and really enjoyed those donuts!! I literally was almost crying...it was so damn funny!! That's where the author really shines with this series. The humor. And also the family unity that is just so strong. They truly are each other's pillars of strength. It's what keeps drawing me back and making me so addicted.
All in all, it was an okay, charming book. Not too angsty but still enjoyable. Did I wish it was more heart-wrenching with a swoon-worthy Hero? Yes. But I appreciate Base coming to his senses near the end and taking part of what is dear to Britt's heart to win her back. Even if I thought he wasn't in emotional agony enough for how he shredded Britt's vulnerable and innocent heart.

Are we handling on the spectrum syndrome?
Are we handling rich girl/poor guy conflict?
Are we handling rich star/smart girl story?
Are we handling family issues?
And what the heck happened with Kade and Raya?
I didn't understand what the fights were all about?
I sure didnt.
I didn't hate this one like Rain story, but I didn't love and connected like Tria, Allie and Harley's stories.
Too bad. I love Sterling Shore so much.

Finally we get the story of Britt and Base.
Overall a nice enough read, Britt is an endearing redhead. Base I liked I guess, but I didn't love him, defo wanted Base to be way more alpha than he was and his reactions to some events to be more potent.
At times the humour wasn't that funny, like the thing with Britt and her uncertainty when it came to people and a certain facial reaction and if it meant they were constipated or something else.
Wish the ending was a little different and there had been way more emotional depth.

I thought this was a pretty cute story. I enjoyed the characters a lot and they kept a smile on my face for most of the book. I did think there were times that it moved a little too slow and their relationship wasn't progressing very well. But overall, it was a fun book to read and it had me laughing out loud as I stared at my Kindle more than once.

I was so looking forward to this book as I’m a massive CM Owens fan. I own 30 of her books and adore everyone. However, this one just didn’t do it for me.
I found Britts behaviour, although funny at times, robotic and annoying. I know this is what her character was supposed to be like, but surely after saying inappropriate things a few times .... she might learn from her mistakes?!
The whole gaming parts of the book were very imaginative, but completely confusing.
I found the whole reason behind Britt and Bases fall out to be unbelievable.
I’m still a huge CM Owens fan, 1/30 books I didn’t like ain’t bad 😉 so looking forward to the next book after that cliffhanger xx

I was so excited for Britt and Base story. And it didn't dissapointed me. I loved and laughed, and cried, and.... It was just amazing. I enjoyed each page.

I have been looking forward to this book since Britt was introduced in the series (book 2). I liked the idea of who Base was and wondered how and what his role would be on making Britt more confident. I’m not saying that I was really disappointed in this story but I think I had the hope of this book blower way out of proportion. I did love it. It was funny; it had an amazing range of passion but it was really hard to connect with both Britt and Base. I love them together and get their passion but at the same time I felt like it could have been deeper. I don’t blame the story, or author for this. I just built the idea of the story up in my head to much when I don’t think there was a way to live up to my expectations.
The author did great at adding all my favorite couples into the story, and the way it ended...... I’m going crazy and should have waited because the wait will be torture. I can’t wait to see how this series is going to end. Side note, I am really interested in seeing Base’s band mates getting their own story’s! They were a great addition to this story. 4 stars #2OCCJD

I had high high hopes for this one. I still loved it but it wasn’t as amazing as I knew it could be. She was so confusing at times .. but still a cute story.

This is most definitely one of the best books I’ve read. Britt is THE ABSOLUTE MOST AMAZING HEROINE! And Base...

I have to be honest I didn't expect the story to go the way it did. That being said... I loved it all the same.
Britt and Base are pretty complex characters with far more depth than you originally assume. We all go in with expectations of what we think it's going to be like and they surpassed any expectations. It's a slow burn romance that's so freaking endearing. But it definitely isn't all smooth sailing! Both of them have a lot of growth throughout and they both face some reality shocks that change their paths. But I couldn't think of two people more ment for each other than them. The chemistry is palpable the connection believable and their journey a rollercoaster but so fitting to them.
And of course these stories wouldn't be the same without the crazy Sterling brood in tow. As secondary characters they are some of the best. The chemistry between them all is fantastic and they get up to all kinds of hilariously dysfunctional shenanigans that will have you in absolute uproar. I fucking cried so many times in laughter!!!!.
“You arouse me a lot,” she states, causing me to…I don’t even know how to react. What the hell do I say to that? Her cheeks heat, and she exhales harshly. “What I mean is that I panic with you, but I still think you would be the best candidate for my hymen issue.”

Perfect
Very highly anticipated and conscious what the author went through with this book... and my own apprehension about how I would feel about a book with the younger characters of Sterling Shore (young people angst is not my thing) BUT this book delivered and then some.
It was a delight to read and both Britt & Base were such complex interesting characters. With the usual humour (level 1 insults and gremlins) and friendship groups all included it was a fitting way to say goodbye to the last individual couple book in Sterling shore. I loved their individual journeys in this book and the world that Harley & Britt created sings to me!
Did anyone else see some Mr Darcy traits in Base??

Britt and Base....
I love Britt and I have since she started in the series. She is sweet, super smart but
awkward and socially uncomfortable on her own. She is simply adorable and I love that she has started to get her own back for the Sterling men's sabotage....... freaking hilarious.
Base surprised me..... He listened to Britt, and became interested is her quirks, and then fascinated by her beautiful personality. He obviously has his faults as does Britt but they grow beautifully together.
This book was filled with humour and emotion that I easily believed, the story is beautifully written and the characters are easy to love. Talk nery to me is now easily my favorite book in this series.

I love Britt and I have since she started in the series. She is sweet, super smart but
awkward and socially uncomfortable on her own. She is simply adorable and I love that she has started to get her own back for the Sterling men's sabotage....... freaking hilarious.
Base surprised me..... He listened to Britt, and became interested is her quirks, and then fascinated by her beautiful personality. He obviously has his faults as does Britt but they grow beautifully together.
This book was filled with humour and emotion that I easily believed, the story is beautifully written and the characters are easy to love. Talk nery to me is now easily my favorite book in this series.

Oh my god this book was fantastic and the most anticipated book of 2018 <3 Britt has been one of my favorite characters since she was introduced into the series and next to Maverick she my favorite and so unintentionally hilarious. I LOL’d a lot through this book and I loved getting a better glimpse into Britt’s mind. Base was perfect for her.

When you spend the whole book crossing your legs because you're either gonna piss yourself or gush fucking everywhere you know you've read one of the best books ever!
Where to start?!?!
Britt Sterling the socially awkward one. The one who doesn't get obvious jokes. The one who doesn't understand social niceties. The one sheltered and looked after by all the Sterling's as their baby sister has been on a mission to lose her Virginity pretty much from the first moment we met her. The laughs from the series so far are reason enough to love her instantly even before we really get to know her.
She doesn't really have friends because she doesn't know who's laughing at her or taking advantage so she sticks with the family. That is until Base Masters sets eyes on her. Through a miscommunication (The story of her life! lol) Base at first thinks she's gay. Knowing this he still invites her to a party at his house after she gives him a lift home. He's fascinated by her blunt honesty and the stories her eyes tell. He goes all creative artist on her and basically situates himself into her life.
Britt obviously thinks this is weird but she's weird too so doesn't think too much about it. Also he's a prime candidate to resolve her hymen issues. This is where simple gets complicated.
I don't even know the words to cover my feelings on this book. Words aren't coming easy because none are good enough to cover the brilliance of it. It's just pure genius!
Fans of this series have been waiting for this one. I think pretty much everyone fell in love with Britt from the get go. Then we have Base Masters!!! swooooooooooooooon!!!! Panty melting rock god!!! All the females in Sterling Shore go ga-ga over him except at first of course Britt.
Britt is a simple/complex character. she's so direct and honest you can't help but love that side of her. But the side of her that will break your heart is the way she see's the world. Sometimes she doesn't understand whats going on when people don't talk directly or skirt around things. She needs time to process and prepare her reactions to it and obviously life doesn't always give you that time which is why she struggles with people in general. Seeing it the way she does makes you understand her so much more and also why the people close to her love her so much!! I LOVE HER!!! She's just truly remarkable! She's not weird... Just different.
Base...ahhhhhhhhhhhh.... he's just soooooo YUM!! I mean... *drools* he's just amazing!!! No where near perfect and definitely weird in a whole different way. He also doesn't have much of a filter. He's a passionate musician who just reacts and it's one of my fave things about him. He's also incredibly confident and sexy and talented and just... those piercings though... Even in tights he does it for me!!!
Love it? Pfttttttt that word is not strong enough!!! When a book makes you laugh about random things such as constipation, donuts, fed after midnight gremlins (i actually spit my tea out and if you know us brits we never waste tea!!!) and dogs who eat costumes it's gonna go straight into your top reads ever list!!! I always know going into a C.M Owens book i'm gonna 100% get my moneys worth!! I laughed, my heart broke, i gushed, i got sad, i was smiling huge, i fell in love, just everything you can think of this book brought it out.
As always most of the previous characters are in here and i fall for them more and more. I can't explain how magical this series is. I just want to be one of them!! I want to live in the fictional world of Sterling Shore!! For the love of god someone please make it real!!
I can never ever fault this authors work. From the writing, to the storyline, to the characters, to the settings!! All of it is just amazing. She has real talent for painting a picture for you that you actually think you're there, being a creeper in the corner watching it all!! lol
I can't recommend this book highly enough. I can't recommend this series highly enough. I can't recommend this author highly enough!! Go pick up book 1, binge read the hell out of it and i promise you, you too will be a gushing rambling mess just like me!!!

Ok, so I probably shouldn't write this review when I'm hopped up on caffeine, after taking a short nap, only to wake up at 12 and stare at my kindle until this book arrived, and then power read it through until I finished at 6 AM. The smart thing to do, would be to go to bed, take a nap, relax, do ANYTHING but write this review. Because my hands are shaking and I'm not sure if it's from the caffeine or the lack of sleep, or the mixture of the two. Am I going to do that though? NO. I am going to write this review while my hands shake, and I'm still wiping the tears from my eyes after laughing SO hard it's not even funny. Why am I going to do this to myself, and to you, the reader that has to deal with my craziness? Because the KWEEN has left us with a book that makes me want to write this review SO MUCH I literally cannot wait until later to do it. I don't even think I could sleep right now if I tried!
If you've read the Sterling Shore series, then Britt has become someone you've fallen in love with since Dane rescued her from a life of living on the streets. If you haven't read the series, but are debating on reading Talk Nerdy, because you heard amazing things about CM, then I seriously suggest you go and read the series first! It's worth it! (heh, worth it) The first in the series, Hooked on The Game, is free! Britt has charmed us with her blurting of random factoids, and her obsession with losing her virginity.
The elusive Base Masters has been lusted over for a couple books now. There have been debates on how old he was, why he didn't come around the Sterling parties, and he's been drooled over by the women of Sterling Shore. We, as readers, followers, stalkers and peasants of CM Owens, have been teased with the few pages of Britt and Base's story for awhile now. We were given just the tip, and now that it's finally here, in all of it's nerd glory, we have to remember to take it slow!!! If we read too fast, it'll be over too soon. Don't be a Cait and read it in six hours. Savor it. Enjoy it.
Or just totally consume it and then be mad at yourself for not listening to my advice. Take it from someone who knows. (That'd be me).
Britt and Base's story unfolds with some heavy stalker moves, hilarious Bananas encounters, RANDY (nuff said), but also maturing. Base and Britt are still young, and had to learn (much like Raya and Kade did) to grow up. Both of these babies (yes, they're babies to me in my old age of 25) have a lot of growing up to do, and they are so, so stubborn. They're relationship starts out relatively easy, with some threats from our favorite Sterling men and encouragements from their better halves, but it also comes with naivety. The kind that can only come when you haven't had your heart truly broken before.
Britt and Base are so inherently different from each other, that they have to learn, not only how to communicate with one another, but they also have to learn to take interest in one another. Base loves the things that other people find weird in Britt, and loves the random things that pop into her head. He loves when she talks nerdy to him, even when he doesn't always understand it. And Britt loves when Base sings, even when she doesn't always understand the metaphors. When these two come together though, it is explosive in the nerdiest way possible (sometimes).
In case you couldn't tell, this book and this series is amazing. If you're looking for laughs, read this book. If your looking for heartache, read this book. CM Owens, as always, DELIVERS. So now I sit here, like an addict, anxiously awaiting my next fix.

אומנם את ספרי האופנועים של הסופרת הזו אני פחות מחבבת, אבל הסדרה הזו היא הצלחה בינתיים (קראתי את ספר #5 שהיה מעולה, ועכשיו סיימתי את #12 שהוא מושלם) הסדרה הזו לא תמשיך... הסופרת פרשה כסופרת לפני מספר חודשים, ולצערי הרב, נפטרה לפני מספר שבועות 😭
אז בואו נדבר על הספר הזה... הוא חדש בעלילה!
יש לנו פה זמר בלהקת רוק מתחילה, הוא מיוחד... בן אדם כשרוני מאוד... וכמו רוב האנשים עם כישרון מדהים, הוא בעל חשיבה מיוחדת... והבחורה, הייתה לה ילדות לא ממש נחמדה.. אבל כאדם שלא ממש מחובר לרגשות שלה, היא פשוט שמחה שאח שלה מצא אותה והביא אותה לביתו ויצר איתה משפחה (את הסיפור רקע שיש לנו פה כנראה אנחנו נגלה (או גילינו במידה ואנשים קוראים ספרים לפי הסדר (לא יכולה להגיד שהתברכתי בתכונה זו) בהמשך, בספר שמוקדש לסיפור אהבה של אחיה)
יש לנו פה שני אנשים, שנפגשים במקרה, ויש לנו משיכה מידית.. אבל כל אחד עם מטען משלו... היא? לא חושבת שהיא מוכנה לאהבה כי הראש שלה לא מצליח להבין איך להתמודד עם שברון לב שבא אחרי 💔, לכן היא פשוט רוצה למצוא משהו נעים, שתאבד איתו את הבתולים.. ואז כשהיא תהיה מוכנה נפשית ופיזית, רק אחרי זה לחפש אחרי אהבה.... והוא? הראש שלו כרגע עסוק רק בלהקה, וזה לא פייר להתחיל משהו עם מישהי, כשהוא לא פנוי רגשית לתת לה את כל תשומת ליבו...
אז אחרי זה קורה הסיפור המוכר, שניהם לא מעוניינים במערכת יחסים... לכן יזיזות באה כרעיון מדהים ביותר.
אבל תמיד יש אחת/ד שמעוניינ/ת ביותר.. ואז זה יוצר בעיה...

Britt Sterling. Genious. Unusual. Virgin. Base Masterson. Singer. When Britt and Base cross paths their lives changed. Base found his muse. Britt found the one to deflower her. They are good for each other; each weird in their own way. Base has plans for his musical future and Britt is too young for a serious relationship. This arrangement will be ideal for both of them. Unfortunately, humans don't always follow the "plan", emotions get involved. It gets messy.
Talk Nerdy to Me returns the reader to Sterling Shore, home to the rich and beautiful, the pranksters and romance writers, quite possibly the sexiest town in the country. Britt captured my heart from her introduction as Dane's sister. Her brilliance, her quirkiness, her lack of filter make her one of the funniest characters ever. Her innocence and charm make her one of the most loved. She is adored and protected by everyone in the family but she doesn't need coddling and uses it against them at times. It's obvious though that she loves her family equally and protects them just as fiercely. She's a force in her own way. She definitely shouldn't be underestimated! Base is the cousin of Tag but he doesn't move in the same circles. His artistic brilliance is obvious but it's minor compared to the chip on his shoulder. Base is definitely my least favorite of all of the Sterling Shore guys. The way he judges those with money is unattractive. His pride is enormous. He was inconsiderate, selfish, and thoughtless for the better part of the book. Having said that, he works when paired with Britt. He becomes likable. And he brings out emotions in her that were missing before. Together they grow, together they are better.
The strength of this series is the humor. I laughed until I cried at several parts of this book. At one point I couldn't read because I couldn't see for the tears of laughter. I love the inside humor between the friends that we are all part of. I love the practical jokes played on one another. I love the comical misunderstandings. I love the game cosplay. And I love Bananas! I realize that we are nearing the end of this series and I hate it! There are so few really well-done romantic comedies in print. CM Owens is at the top of this genre. Sterling Shore and its residents ALWAYS make for a most entertaining read!

It's obvious though that she loves her family equally and protects them just as fiercely. She's a force in her own way. She definitely shouldn't be underestimated! Base is the cousin of Tag but he doesn't move in the same circles. His artistic brilliance is obvious but it's minor compared to the chip on his shoulder. Base is definitely my least favorite of all of the Sterling Shore guys. The way he judges those with money is unattractive. His pride is enormous. He was inconsiderate, selfish, and thoughtless for the better part of the book. Having said that, he works when paired with Britt. He becomes likable. And he brings out emotions in her that were missing before. Together they grow, together they are better.
The strength of this series is the humor. I laughed until I cried at several parts of this book. At one point I couldn't read because I couldn't see for the tears of laughter. I love the inside humor between the friends that we are all part of. I love the practical jokes played on one another. I love the comical misunderstandings. I love the game cosplay. And I love Bananas! I realize that we are nearing the end of this series and I hate it! There are so few really well-done romantic comedies in print. CM Owens is at the top of this genre. Sterling Shore and its residents ALWAYS make for a most entertaining read!

Why the hell did I think it would be a good idea to start a series on the last book?
Was this readable as a standalone? Kinda.
I was able to get the gist of the last 11 instalments, as well as the family dynamic of the Sterlings. With that being said, all the couples in the series make an appearance and NOT in a brief cameo type of way. No, more like ‘integral part of the story’ side characters. This wouldn’t be a big deal if there wasn’t like 20 of them!
So, all that aside (which is, frankly, my own fault for reading the series out of order) the book is pretty good! I liked the “she overthinks with her brain and he overthinks with his heart” dynamic! It’s pretty rare, but is done really well here! I also love a good rockstar romance which this KINDA is.
I might change my star rating after reading through the rest of the series (in order this time 🤦♀️) but for now, I would rate this a safe 3/5⭐️!

So funny!
Britt's book is the one I've been the most excited about for this whole series, and it didn't disappoint. I LOVE books that make me laugh. Well - this book made me laugh til I had tears coming out of my eyes, the donut demonstration scene was absolutely hilarious.
I've enjoyed Britt throughout all of the books. She is socially awkward, very literal, super smart, and is somewhat protected by her family/close circle of friends. Britt is aware of her differences and does her best to fit in with social situations. She is immediately physically attracted to Base, and as they become friends and get to know each other better she is thrilled to find out he is his own brand of weird. This was a really fun read, a very small amount of angst thrown in with the humour, overall I really enjoyed this book.

Heh heh, this book was one of the funniest I've read! I loved how the h would word things. I wish it mentioned what she's diagnosed with 🤔 aspergers? Autism or on the spectrum? Anyway, its worth reading just for the class that she teaches and base (the main male character) goes to with his rock band to support her since none of her family will attend 😂😂😂. And when the reason why is revealed.....oh my 😂😂😂😂 randy aka the dude from the band will forever be in my brain as thr guy who really likes donuts

Another 5 star!
C.M. continues the Sterling Shores series with yet another amazing book! I love Britt and Base! I may never be able to eat certain snacks again after reading one of the craziest, funniest scenes I think C.M. has come up with yet! This book has it all...hilarious scenes, tear jerker scenes and just a great overall love! Sad that this series is coming to an end soon!

Honestly, this became one of my absolute favourite books before I'd even finished reading.
Britt is one of my favourites from the Sterling Shore group and she really didn't disappoint!
CM's writing in this one is 100% some of her best. The laughs in this one too! Genuinely laughed out loud like a nutter atleast 5 times!
I loved it. Really, truly loved it and would read it again and again in a heartbeat.

Not disappointed!
It was worth the wait to get this book! I laughed so hard and cried too! Britt is a special character that I would want to know if real life! The interaction between Britt and Base is special! Loved this book!
