Brief and powerful - this is a lesson anyone would benefit from learning or being reminded. Dizazzo uses the concepts of Clarity Factor and Receptivity Quotient to help explain the effectiveness of communication. The four clarity focal points are: 1. Focus your message (analysis, think and decide what needs to be said; objectivity, removing personal emotions), 2. Magnify the listener's attention (interest, importance, request for undivided attention), 3. Penetrate personal barriers (visual language, analogies, request for feedback, revision as needed), and 4. Listen with clarity (empathize, visualize)
