Ellis Cooper is determined to make a new life for himself after getting released from jail. However, it isn't easy, but at least he has a job, somewhere to live and someone who believes in him -- his uncle. Yet, there's another person that believes he deserves a second chance and that's Virginia Halston -- the sheriff's daughter. Will Ellis be able to convince Virginia to take a chance on him or will he lose her because of his past?

I was sent an ARC of this book for an honest review

Reina Torres is one my favorite authors I love how she created the little town of Three Rivers Express. You get dragged in to the book by the first chapter and can not put it down. I loved Ellis Cooper character and how he got a second chance at life and love. Virginia is the Marshall daughter who wanted to be her own women and learn to stand on own to feet. I loved the Character development and the relationship Ellis and Virginia built over ti

Loved this book. When Ellis is worried that people will look at him different due to him serving time. His uncle takes him in. It's not only him, the town, but others that give me a second chance. One women Virginia Halston, but it might be a problem due to the fact he's the Marshall in Three Rivers, Wyoming. He can't believe after a warning she gets and even he tells her of his imprisonment she gives me a chance to prove them wrong.

Buy and see what happens.

I enjoyed the fifth book in the Three Rivers Express series that covers the small town of Three Rivers in Wyoming and the Pony Express. The story will easily read as a stand-alone and has many of the key characters that are in the other books in this series. While the story still includes bits and pieces about the Pony Express, it also brings up some of the rising issues with the Indians, and also with tension among the military that is supposed to protect the civilians and

The 5th book in the Three River Express series.
The Express has taken many men and rode them hard and fast across the West.

Meet Ellis Cooper.

Ellis had always falling in with a bad crowd; when the going got tough,Ellis' so called friends just up and left him… yes left Ellis to rot in jail. After Ellis is released from jail, Ellis then finds himself working with the express. Ellis was under the watchful eye of his uncle Samuel. Ellis was very eager to take and learn the right path in life. However

Always Ellis is book five in the Three Rivers Express Book series but it could easily be read as a standalone. The advantage you get when you read the series is knowing the characters and their history.

Always Ellis is about Ellis Cooper. He is released from jail and given an opportunity to start over and work with the Pony Express. He got in with a bad group and was sentenced in a robbery that he had no knowledge was even going to occur. But starting over after you have been in jail is hard. He

Reina Torres once again transports us to the days of when the “Wild West” was being settled, a time in history that was both exciting yet fraught with danger. Ellis Cooper is a good man who in his youth made a very bad choice. As a result, he has paid his debt to society but the stigma of that choice remains with him. Ellis heads to Three Rivers searching for a fresh beginning, lured there by his beloved uncle and the promise of a job with the brand new Pony Express.

I love the sweet romance of this series. In Always, Ellis, Ms. Torres gives us a hero who was caught up in a bad situation and then sent to jail after being left by his "buddies". Naturally, when he gets out he's ready to start a new life, but also feels like it's going to be very hard to prove himself to everyone.
When he gets a job with the Pony Express, there are lots of men who want to challenge him and make his life miserable.
Virginia is just a really goodhearted heroine. She's more than wil

He was young and unaware he was being set up to take the fall when he was arrested and sent to Prison for robbery. He is sent to Three Rivers to live and work near his uncle. His new job is to learn to be a Pony Express Rider!

When I got this book, I dove in before I realized that this is book 5 in a series, and all I can say is that I am going to read the 4 previous book, because I liked this one so much. I loved the characters! If you love second chance stories, then I can highly recommend this book. I enjoy stories about the Pony Express. Handsome riders blazing the trail is irresistible!

Ellis Cooper has paid his dues and is looking for a new start. He's a hard working man with integrity.

Virginia Halston, daughter of Marshal Halston, has lived her life moving from post to post. She longs to set down roots with a family of her own.

I enjoyed this beautiful story of second chances. This novella is a quick and wonderful read.

I recommend this book to those who enjoy stories of the Pony Express.

Oh my Gosh...I loved the story of Ellis and Victoria. It made me smile and laugh. It was serious in some spots and a story that second chances are possible if you are willing to try. I enjoyed this romance so much for its innocence and sweetness. I read plenty of erotic books and MC romances but Reina's books always warm my heart and leave me turning the last page feeling happy and believing in true love again. I have read several books in this series and have enjoyed them all!

This is such a great series! Ellis tries to start fresh by becoming a Pony Express rider. He has a shy, endearing personality that I fell in love with. Ellis is captivated by Virginia, the marshal' s daughter. Virginia surprised me! She was a lot more sassy and feisty than I thought she would be. They were a perfect match and their scenes together were pure joy. I am looking forward to the next book in this series!

Always, Ellis is a sweet western romance and a great addition to the Three Rivers Express series. Ellis and Virginia have lived totally different lives but destiny has brought them together. Can Ellis overcome his past and will Virginia's father accept their relationship? This is a well written book with believable characters and a beautiful story. Love this series and I'm looking forward to the next book.

I really liked the characters in this book. I loved how the women accepted Virginia into their fold and made her feel welcome. Ellis has done time for a crime he didn't commit. This is a second chance story. I felt bad for how people treated Ellis, but he kept doing his job, and living his life by his mother's teachings. It was awesome how he and Virginia formed a friendship. When his past comes back, he has to find a way tp protect Virginia.
I read this on KU.

Always, Ellis is the fifth book on the Three Rivers Express series. Reina Torres has done it again. She has written a story with characters that while flawed have redeeming quality while painting a picture of life in the west and as a pony express rider. A sweet romance that will touch your heart and have you rooting for a HEA. The added bonus is catching up with characters we met in previous books.

Set in the spring of 1861, a Pony Express rider falls for a seamstress in this lovely historical romance that I really enjoyed. A must read from me. Ms. Torres has quickly became a rising star in this genre, I can't wait for more of her work. I received an ARC to read and review voluntarily.

Always, Ellis is another wonderful story by Reina Torres. It continues the story of the Three Rivers Express with Ellis and Virginia's love story. I thoroughly enjoyed this tale and loved both the romance and the suspense of the story. I also love how the Express riders are family and the townspeople watch out for each other.

Book 5 in the series is Ellis and Virginia's story - a story of how true love can always find its way - a story about giving people second chances and believing in people. I found this story one that suck me right in from the very first and hard to put down till I finished. A story I would highly recommend.

I love how Reina Torres writes such wonderfully sweet historical western romances with so much feeling. Lots of "aww" moments. Reading the interactions between Ellis and Virginia always made me smile because they were just so cute. Such sweet innocence back then. And this story had a little bit of action in it to which kept the story moving along at a pretty quick pace. Loved every moment of this story.
