As a person familiar with the Miracle Morning routine, I love how this book captures and points habits towards financial goals, plans and attitudes. I am always looking to change my routine, to change it up and keep it fun. The point that sticks out for me, well, the idea that the to do list I write each day, what are my biggest three of the ten I write? Then, no matter what, DO those three first. No excuses. This will in turn create real action and real momentum versus the list of 10, many of which don't carry the weight of the biggest three and just spin my wheels and don't get me anywhere. I am implementing this strategy now. I love the shift in the book towards finances and ways to change our thinking towards them. Great read! Highly recommended!

Let’s start with what I liked:

Easy to Read and Comprehensive

I’ve previously skimmed through the original miracle morning and this one is just as easy to get through. Although it is 200+ pages, I got through it in less than two weeks only reading for 15 minutes at a time. It is co-written but the style and voice are unified so you won’t be thrown off much. There were many references, resources and actionable items listed in the book that were helpful as well.

Easy to Implement

As I have read through this book, I realized that my morning routines had gotten wayward and off focused. I had an aha moment, when I realized it was because I thrive on structure in the morning. As a natural early riser, I found myself on social media, binge watching videos and doing everything I could to procrastinate from getting out of the house on time. The first week, I implemented a routine, I was out of the house like gangbusters. My perspective on my long commutes changed and overall, I found myself thinking of my time differently when it was planned out.

Another addition to my morning routine was that I was hoping to gain was exercise. It’s the one thing I struggle with on a daily basis is getting up and moving around. I know I’m not a runner so morning runs before dawn were out of the question and I hate going to the gym. So, that was also out for me. But, when the author suggested a 7-minute full body workout app, a light bulb went off. Although, I checked out the app and realized it wasn’t for me, because I’m much more of a yogi, I decided to look for a 10-minute yoga app. And you know, they actually make one. Sometimes, I love the internet. After one workout I was hooked. It was easy and did wonders to get the blood flowing and I feel like I’m getting all of the benefits of yoga in one short burst in the morning.

Overall, there are lots of positives about this book. If you haven’t ready any of them, there are many variations. I’d suggest that you read the variation that is most aligned to your goals and read that one. I didn’t find really much value in reading multiples in this series.

What I didn’t Like

Narration Swaps

It was a co-written book and although the narration, tone and style all matched, sometimes each author would reference the other and it would catch me off guard. Because it sounds like one unified voice, having the references to each other in the third and first person seemed a bit out of place. (Unless they didn’t switch and it was just my groggy mind playing tricks on me).

Not Much Variation In Content Between Each Miracle Morning Book

The core of the information is the same. There’s not much else you can do with the SAVERS, unless they switch out one of the acronyms for something else. So, that wasn’t changed. The only thing that does change between each book is the industry specific information. Overall, I’d say read the one that interests you the most because you’ll be consuming the same information over and over. I don’t really see the benefit.

Sales Pitchy

A lot of times in the book, the author is pitching you parts of their website or parts of their MM program or some other thing. I felt like toward the end it became one big advert for the MM Facebook group, website and other books. I could have done without it. After mentioning them throughout the book, I think the reader has got the idea.

Condescending Assumptions

This is more of a personal gripe that I have with a lot of self-help type of books. The author assumes that they know what you’re thinking and feeling. After being told that I’m not a morning person several times, I almost wrote the author an email saying that there are actually people in the world who rise before the sun. And may be looking for pointers on how to structure their mornings to increase their productivity. It may be strange to the author since he/they were not morning people, but it’s not unheard of.

Also, there was an assumption that the reader wouldn’t adopt the process right away so they should come back and read this book and other books in the series just like it over and over again. Yes, I agree that consuming the same thing more than once strengthens knowledge in that area, however, that is up for me to decided based on the information that the author provided. You are not my parent. Don’t tell me what to do.

Final Thoughts

It’s a good, easy read filled with implementable action steps. By implementing this, I have already found myself thinking of my time differently and getting more stuff done. 4 Stars.

Fantastic book! A great reminder on how important self development is in attaining our goals and becoming wealthy. My two biggest take aways from the book were 1. That we are 100% responsible for our lives no matter our circumstances and 2. That we must become the sort of person that we aspire to be and we do that by our choices every day.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the amount of practical advice given on real estate. David Osborn is a Real Estate mogul and made succeeding in real estate thru logical steps seem very attainable. It made me want to get a realtors license!
The book also set out practical tips for creating your own "Miracle Morning" to set up your days for success, and explained the "Life S.A.V.E.R.S." in detail (the steps Hal Elrod created in his book The Miracle Morning).
Highly recommend!

This is one of the many self help books that can enable an individual to improve his personality. The difference here is that this book provides some very useful examples and a protocol that can be pursued. Right in the beginning it mentions about "alignment with your values" and makes some very interesting suggestions : "An alarm clock within arm's reach is a recipe for more snoozing". How true.

I've decided to read this book because I needed some changes in my life. I'm having that resetting phase and this book contains exactly what i need.
It tells and gives the steps of where to start which is the hardest part ever, the ideas were complete, well orgnised and it has paragraph titles in order to help keep your thoughts in the right order, in general I'm satisfied.

Hal Elrod had a tough expiriance at his younger age, after a hard depression for what happened to him he discovered the key of his happiness which turned to be the key for everybody's happiness. In the miracle morning Hal shared his detailed experience and gave us the right steps and strategies to change that boring life we are having.
This book has been magical for many people from all over the world; if you google it or make a search on youtube you'll find that millions have made the 30 days challenge and completely changed their lifestyle and mindset which is really amazing because it is not that easy to do so.
if you haven't yet read this book i highly recommand it for you.

The miracle morning idea has actually changed my life for the better, so yes, I read another one of them. Lots of the same info, but some good additional info as well. Is it going to make someone a millionaire? I highly doubt it.

Hab’s geschenkt bekommen.

It seems this book has a lot of repeated ideas that was written in previous book "Miracle morning" but yeah it has pros and cons. However it was lower than my expectations, actually I thought that the book is about money, but it wasn't.

A lot of good common grace wisdom. But it's godless. It's easy to throw out the weird spiritualism garbage and modify the process to conform to a Christian values. It's interesting that the book uses religious terms like "miracle" and the book concludes urging the reader to have "unwavering faith" while remaining secular.

Well, I really liked it. It gave me idea on how to set goals and why miracle morning is important, how rich people live. Although it is second book after the Morning Miracle I feel like before starting 30 day challenge of SAVERS, reading this book somehow clarifies why the morning miracle is important so I thought maybe first reading this then miracle morning book might be effective.

Great book in theory but can be summed up pretty quick. As a book, it definitely dragged and wasn't a whole lot of substance. The main takeaway was wake up early and do the SAVERS. After that it was just more of the same. Loved the idea, book was meh.

The miracle evening precedes the miracle morning.

If you've read "The Miracle Morning" (2012) by Hal Elrod, you'll probably finish this book in one sitting. I find specific development much more useful than general development. This book adopts much of the same as the original but focuses on the morning habits of millionaires.

The millionaires on which the book models after consist of entrepreneurs and active investors instead of "slow-lane" wealth builders. Like the original, Hal Elrod and David Osborn introduce SAVERS – silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading, and scribing. Unlike the original, the reader will find an application of SAVERS onto popular themes common in the genres of entrepreneurship and personal development.

Such as knowing what to do vs. doing what one knows. In chapter 4, the authors present a thought experiment of a game show in which the contestant must pick between two doors, one of which leads to a million dollars. Additionally, the show host identifies the door. The experiment suggests that you already know what to do. Use your morning to do it.

In chapter 12, focus. In particular, eliminate non-goal-activities, automate, and delegate. This theme comes up often in scaling or how to 10X one's efforts. Focus on your strengths, and automate and delegate your lower-value work. And, you can use the morning for that.

Do you struggle and fight with your snooze button each morning like me? Do you feel annoyed with never being able to start your morning with unbreakable and powerful habits like those aesthetic influencers online? Do you want to get good sleep, wake up early, and begin your morning productively and with exercise? - Because same; for reference, here is what my late night and morning have looked like recently: Stay up past midnight - recently 2 am - working, go to sleep, fight my alarm at 7:45, inching through my routine of getting ready, grabbing everything for school, and attempting to head out the door by 8:20 but head out by 8:30. I get upset with myself for being tired and low on energy. The light that I have begins to die but I am embarrassed, I fight to not show it. I am tired of charging my battery through expensive energy drinks; I want and need sleep. However, while this is hard and frustrating, I have nobody else to blame except myself. I am still the one in control of my life, I am capable of making a change, and I am anxious for a change. But where do I begin? I long for an answer and I long for the motivation that I desperately seek and I know I am not the only one.
After searching, I think I found my answer, Miracle Morning Millionaires by Hal Elrod, David Osborn, and Honoree Corder. Miracle Morning Millionaires is a self-help novel that is a spinoff of the original The Miracle Morning book which was published in 2012. Written by the main author, Hal Elrod has a very unique background/story; growing up, Hal was your average kid until he got tastes of success here and there by small steps, achieving goals, and moving closer to his calling. However, once he entered adulthood, he died for 6 minutes. After an impactful day in his career, he was hit by a drunk driver, pushed into oncoming traffic, broke 11 bones, was found dead at the scene, and wasn’t breathing for a full six minutes. He truly endured a miracle and was one major instance that brought him closer to God.
Years later, he went into a financial crisis which sent him into a depressed state and turned to inspiration. He was anxious for change and began his idea of what a “miracle morning” would be; through trial, error, and many lessons, The Miracle Morning was born. Now, there are several spinoffs such as Miracle Morning Millionaires, Miracle Morning for Entrepreneurs, Miracle Morning for Writers, Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents, and around eleven more!
Your day should always begin in the morning. Why wait until noon to get your day started and productive? As someone who understands productivity, genuinely loves always having something to do, and as someone flawed when it comes to starting my day off that way, reading Miracle Morning Millionaires to discover the top habits millionaires do before 8 am. Reading this book, I learned a lot of simple yet very impactful lessons; such as:
Sleep is Important and You are Important!
The basics of what you must know are that sleep is very important and so are you! Sleep is what controls and runs so much of you! It gives you energy, balances your moods, is vital to your physical health and your mental health, and is overall one of the most important aspects of living for humans! Understandably, as many of us are very hard-working humans with stress, work, goals, and tasks, sleep can often become something we all prioritize less and less. Yet, I believe that many of us forget that by prioritizing it first and then getting to work, many of those stresses we have will begin to minimize or even fade completely! Overall, sleep is important and you need it, you must put yourself first and get sleep.
Choosing the Right Hours
As someone who has jobs consistently outside of school and still works on extra work afterward, I often stay up really late. Even after already staying up, I then want to be on my phone for a little which then sends me into even less sleep!
I feel embarrassed and very convicted of not setting my priorities where they should be. I am not saying that I should get rid of work, instead, I have learned that rearranging the hours when I do work outside of my jobs and school is the ultimate key!
Something Elrod, Osborn, and Corder stress is that you should try to reduce all that you need to get done, however, you also shouldn’t sacrifice your sleep, period. Thus, you can solve that by first focusing on your sleep by going to bed early so you can wake up early and then get that work done then! How will I change from this lesson? From now on, I will be taking small steps leading me to eventually start going to bed by a set time of 10:30 pm and wake up at the latest of 6:30 am. Thus, I can still have time to work, except it will be changed to doing it in the morning! Doing this will come with so many more benefits as I have more time to get ready, I don’t have to worry about being late anywhere, my body can wake up before school, and of course, I will still have time to catch up on anything I want to do!
Mindset!
Did you know that whatever you think about immediately before you go to bed is exactly the thought you wake up with? - I don’t know about you but I never knew that until reading Miracle Morning Millionaires! Something the authors mention on this subject is that often when you stay up late before a busy day, your thoughts are always negative based on how tired you may be in the morning, how stressed you are for the day, or how annoyed with yourself you’ll be when you are tired. Yet, this thought is going to carry on into the morning and kick off your day with these negative thoughts and make you believe that are tired, stressed, and annoyed. From now on, I will certainly be changing this bad habit of mine that I never knew I had!
Tips
Finally, another one of the biggest things I learned from reading was how to wake up early, go to bed early, and become a master in the top habits millionaires have before 8 am. These hacks were very simple but assumingly go a long way. These tips I learned are:
Drinking a full glass of water immediately when you wake up. Doing this wakes your brain up quicker which allows you to make a better decision for yourself and to wake up enough to realize you might as well stay awake.
Placing your phone away from your bed. When you do this, you are forced to get out of bed stretch your legs, and give yourself a few seconds to decide on waking up or not.
Not even allowing yourself to hit the snooze button in the first place. I think that this one will take a lot of practice as you are trying to get out of the habit that you are stuck in. However, I learned that it is important to make improvements or else you are starting your day off with resistance when you want to also avoid starting an endless habit loop of resistance!
I would recommend this book to everyone as this is a highly relatable issue many have and I am sure many of us would love to imitate the habits “successful” people or millionaires have. I would rate it a 7/10 as I thought everything was organized very well and all of the lessons were executed in a detailed, simple, and concise manner all at once! I rated it lower than a 10 because I think he suddenly jumped into talking about business but all of it was just recaps from other books he mentioned like Rich Dad Poor Dad. I felt it was unnecessary and could have saved him a lot more time when writing the book. Finally, the only question I was left with by the end of this all was “what happens if the tips aren’t successful?” and I would have liked to hear more about that.
Success should begin in the morning, not later in the day.

I liked this more than I thought I would. I was prepared for that kind of tone you often get from motivational speakers-- you know what I mean. With their white teeth and nice watches and BUY MY BOOK and SIGN UP ON MY MAILING LIST and the articles with the alliterative titles that just rehash and regurgitate the same concepts.

But this surprised me. It's not a financial advice book so much as general life coaching towards good habits and a good attitude/mindset. I just tuned out of all the plugs mentioning the Miracle Morning Facebook/website/book (just treated them as pop-up ads), and it was fine. A lot of good ideas here, worth re-reading slowly and revisiting. I've heard them all before, but here they're organized well and distilled, with some questions you can ask yourself to really get to the heart of things. Any age would benefit, but would especially be a good gift for a college student or fresh graduate, to get them started on the right track as early as possible.

I like the subtle dig about affirmations (how I feel about most of the "manifestation" books and speakers out there):

Here is a popular money affirmation that’s been perpetuated by many world-famous gurus:

I am a money magnet. Money flows to me effortlessly and in abundance.

This type of affirmation might make you feel good in the moment by giving you a false sense of relief from your financial worries, but it won’t generate any income. People who sit back and wait for money to magically show up don’t become millionaires.

To generate the kind of abundance you want (or any result you desire, for that matter), you’ve actually got to do something. Your actions must be in alignment with your desired results, and your affirmations must articulate and affirm both.

This is my first Miracle Morning book. I had heard of Hal Elrod and the Miracle Morning but had not read any of his content. This book is really by millionaire David Osborn, under the umbrella of Hal Elrod. Since I coach and speak on personal and professional development, I like to read what other people are recommending and hope to get a few nuggets. While I didn't get a lot out of this book personally from a habit perspective, others would win from reading and implementing their plan. I pretty much already do the Miracle Morning every day which is why it wasn't as beneficial to me, but I highly recommend it for others who need a way to win the day, starting with the moment they wake up.

I think most of the value of this book is in the miracle morning routine. But there’s also a lot that’s just basic advice about eating healthy and exercising and not getting over stressed. The financial aspects aren’t really that helpful. I just found it mostly disappointing.
