I picked up a used copy of this as I do love to read cookbooks but I really wasn't that into it. I do love Italian food however so I am sure that I will revisit these recipes at some future time.
Another great Italian cookbook with authentic recipes from some popular chefs. I'm definitely trying the Orrechiette with garlic sausage and rapini as well as the Tagliatelle with asparagus and cream. Very rustic and yummy!
