Once again we have a Must Love Dogs themed book with two stories with dogs and veterinarians. The first story is about a guy who rescues a dog running loose on a highway. Needing help the guy stops at a veterinary clinic and it turns out the dog is well known but the technician is very interesting. There's more involved as the man is in the hotel business and there's a place he's interested in that no one wants changed. Love blooms and the the story concludes happily for all involved. The second story once again involves a veterinarian and a rescue (though this one is a kitten). Once again love blooms but there are decisions that need to made involving the man and his dog, the lady, her daughter, their cat and a baby (?). Everything comes together for a satisfactory HEA.

Easy reading. Cute stories. Liked that they had the same characters in both books. Really enjoyable. Will look for more Katie Meyer books.
