Woman EX - a dystopian sci-fi thriller.
Tanner McNeal and his crew of intrepid space-jockeys have just arrived back from their 16-year long mission to Europa, one of Jupiter’s moons, only to find that Earth has changed in the wake of two cataclysmic events, and that men are a dying species, and women now rule. Réal Laplaine takes you on another rollercoaster ride into a dystopian world of the near-future in this high-concept thriller, where he asks the questions, “What if the male-dominated power structure men created suddenly came to a cataclysmic end, and women took over? And what if they took their revenge by subjugating the men?”

Into this future world, the seven-man, three-woman crew of the Dauntless, sent to explore a moon of Jupiter for colonization, return from their sixteen year long journey t

WomanEX by Réal Laplaine
What if women ruled the world after a great calamity on earth?
Astronauts returning from a 16-yr deep-space probe find a different earth than they left. A nuclear war started by North Korea became a prelude to a pair of meteor strikes that left humanity reeling. A woman activist rises to national prominence by blaming the “mine is bigger than yours” machismo of the former world leaders for the nuclear war and failing to prevent the meteor strike with nuclear weapons. Her s

Upon returning to Earth from a wildly successful sixteen-year mission to Jupiter’s moon, Europa, Tanner McNeal and the crew of the Dauntless expect nothing less than a ticker-tape parade. Imagine their surprise when instead, they are immediately placed under arrest by a woman named Lady V.

While Tanner and his crew were away, Earth suffered not one but three cataclysmic events that killed billions. Adding insult to injury, a deadly virus with an affinity for male DNA decimated the male population

To Balance The 5 Star Reviews. Plus A Warning

Warning: If you are politically very conservative; if you are anti-woman, anti-equal rights, anti-feminist or if you’re just plain ol’ misogynistic, I suggest you skip this book. It may set your hair afire, among other things.

I had difficulty suppressing disbelief whilst reading the first 25% of this short book. An asteroid hits SW of Okinawa and triggers a tsunami that destroys all Japan, yet leaves Busan, South Korea standing? I’d think the entire

WomenEX by Real Laplaine 5 stars
A superb science fiction thriller that addresses some of today's political issues, world conditions and what they could lead to in the future. Not hard to imagine this story really happening some day. Excellent, griping read - very hard to put down.

I'm an activist for human rights and equality; I believe that nuclear weapons must be entirely banned and that we must advance our culture to relying on the one quality which humanity excels in - our intelligence; and where necessary, take on the bullies in the world like men and not cower behind weapons of mass destructi
