Hot, dark and dirty…just how MC books should be! Boogeyman was everything I expected plus more. Michelle/Shelly was no damsel in distress. She was tough as nails and wasn’t about to let on that she feared she was next to die. Boogeyman lived up to his patched in name with the Devil’s Rejects MC, he kidnapped three sorority girls and had killed two of them but when it was Shelly’s turn to die Boogeyman seen how different she was. She did not fall apart and wanted to look her killer in the eye when he pulled the trigger. Who does that sh*t? That’s what intrigued Boogeyman to spare her life for the moment because he felt there was more to Shelly and he wanted to find out what it was.
There was extreme heat between the two of them and the forbidden was always so much more tempting. Shelly had been the only one to see a softer side to Boogeyman but he knew dam* well she could not only take him down but his whole club. Was any woman worth this? So sit back and enjoy this fantastic MC read but only if you can handle dark and dirty believe me it will be well worth it.

this book is soooo worth the wait! I wasn't an initial fan of Boogeyman. He's a major Alphahole, a patched member of the Devil's Rejects MC who was assigned to kidnap and kill three college housemates. Shelly is one of the three. He is her worst nightmare and she's his dream come true. I love the strenght, sass and determination of Shelly. Instead of fearing him and begging him for her life she finds his actions erotic and her body reacts to him. Twists and turns kept my flying through this book! Oh my, their fantasies 🔥🔥 I really found myself liking Boogeyman when Shelly brought out his soft side and I really fell in love with him when he maned up to the truth to Shelly and then the Devil's Rejects. This is a wild ride to the dark side that you definately do not want to miss. Looking foward to more Devil's Rejects stories!

Not gonna lie......As much as I loved Glenna's BRRMC series, this one has to be very close to being my favourite biker she's EVER written!
When you think of the "Boogeyman" in essence, your first thought will be "he's scary, evil, wicked, the stuff of nightmares." This one is too BUT he's also a contradiction of himself.
How he meets Shelly is in the best of circumstances but it wouldn't be a book by Glenna if it was all sweetness, candy and roses.
This one flowed perfectly from how the first book in the series, Hades, ended without missing a beat.
I thought both Shelly and Boogeyman were fantastically written characters, both with their own flaws and faults but both with so much more too.

Charlie oh Charlie, how I love thee....
Boogeyman is one of those alpha characters that we fall in love with. He’s a jerk, has a filthy mouth and extremely sexy. He takes what he wants and what he wants is her.... Shelly. I love that she isn’t weak. She stands toe to toe with him even knowing it may end her life.
One of the things I enjoy about this authors work is that she gives her all. We get stories that leave our heads spinning. And Boogeyman’s Dream is no exception. There’s heat... boy is there heat... there is excitement and there’s comedy. Yes, comedy. Boogeyman is a scary killer but he’s really funny when he’s around his brothers and I love that side of him. This is a great addition to the Devils Rejects and I’m excited to see where the author goes next. You’ll definitely want to check this out.

May 29, 2018Sometimes you have to read something that you are initially uncomfortable with to find the beauty within. I was originally unsure about the storyline and I was especially unsure about Boogeyman because I thought from the other books that he was an *sshole. Boy I'm glad that I read this because Glenna Maynard was able to show how first impressions can be totally wrong and that sometimes it takes something that you think is the worst thing that can happen to bring about the best thing you could ever have dreamed of.
Shelley and Boogeyman each have a history that was lonely and sad. The way they meet isn't a story for fairy tales but it turns out that they are each other's happily-ever-after. The author made me change my mind about a character I wasn't sure I even liked and now I love. Great writing! This series is going to be as addictive as her Black Rebel Riders MC series is.

The Devil’s Reject MC series started strong with Hades’ Flame and continues to build with the second in series, Boogeyman’s Dream. This book is not unlike the rest of her books. Boogeyman’s Dream is a dark and dangerous read. The pull between Boogeyman & Shelly is twisted, illicit, and enticing. Taboo if you will. Their story is not for the faint heart.
Boogeyman is a monster and enthralled by Shelly.
Shelly is strong and full of sass.
Both hate to love.
Will desires and fantasies be met?
If you can handle the dark MC side this book will not disappoint!

In the previous book, the MC took some girls. When Boogeyman is tasked with getting rid of them though, he cannot bring himself to get rid of Michelle/Shelly. There is just something about her that draws him to her, and despite the situation, she feels it too. Boogeyman knows he has gone against his Prez’s orders, but is he willing to risk it all for the only woman he has felt this way about? Will he and Shelly be taken out anyway when the club finds out about his betrayal?
In typical Glenna Maynard fashion, Boogeyman’s Dream is fast, dark, sexy and dirty; this is not a sweet romance, lol, and that is exactly why I enjoy reading her books so much. Yet again, Glenna doesn’t disappoint and I can’t wait to see who’s going to be next to get a story.

I know Boogeyman won't be everyone’s cup of tea but he’s bad dangerous and I loved him everything about his story.
Michelle aka Shelly she’s young but she’s one tough cookie who gives as good as she gets. She’s been kidnapped and taken by Boogeyman so you’d think she would be scared but not this girl.
I loved the heat between them, the slow build up of their relationship and the inevitable conclusion to their chemistry. I really don’t think he had any idea exactly what type of woman he was getting. I will say she fits him perfectly every crazy psychotic part of him.
Nobody does crazy bikers like this author keep it up babe.

Loved this book which is the second in the series. Boogyman aka Charlie knows that he will face a beat down by his brothers if found out what he did. Shelly hates and loves the man who killed her friends. When things change they both grow together even through trouble that will come if the club learns of the secret.

OMG! Boogeyman and Shelly are two people that were forced together under circumstances out of control. His Alpha male and her Sass has these two without a doubt battling to see who will come out on top. Hot,Sexy and a few WTF but page after page who will not want to put this down until the end. Initially I thought that Boogeyman brought a whole new level to a$$#•le. Shelly seemed to bring out some softness to him though. Shelly’s sass and Boogeyman’s a$$iness gave this dark book a lot of erotic appeal. Glenna Maynard brought this couple together to create some seriously sexy heat. I’m really enjoying this new series!

Boogeyman was ment to kidnap and kill 3 women but he ends up keeping Shelley to himself their was something about her he liked . Highly recommended this book and any of Glenna other books

Glenna i love your gritty and alpha a**holes. Nobody writes them better than you. I tried to read it slow i didn't want it to end. Boogeyman 's one lines had been laughing out loud and his story growing up had me crying. Love the rooster flip flops. Congratulations on another great book.

Y'all these two are a hot mess ... Shelly is kidnapped and Boogeyman is there. They have many bumps along the way even when Shelly temporarily loses her memory then it all comes flooding back. They have a big fight and he runs off in the end it all works out and the club even forgives him.

Book 2 of The Devil's Rejects draws you in from the very start. Boogeyman a term that is us when you have a bad dream, however this Boogeyman is flesh & blood. He rough, raw and a complete alphahole. Shelly was a job, but something about her changes everything. Does the Boogeyman have a soft side? You gonna have to read this book to find out believe me you will not be disappointed.

I swear every time I read one of Glenna Maynard’s books, they can’t get any better and this is just the same. Love the story and the characters. She writes a story that pulls you into a world that is dirty, raw, gritty, and real. This is no exception!!! Once you start reading, you cannot put it down!!

Boogeyman's Dream. Book 2
I enjoyed the story. Was different from other books the Author has wrote. I miss the more in depth storylines. Don't get me wrong, but it would have been awesome to see him meet her dad and show what happened. Do I recommend the series? Yes. The Author is a great storyteller. Can't wait to read the next book in this series.

So Boogeyman was a lot of things in this story and Shelly was perfect for him. He was sexy but sweet and they had great chemistry. There were also some surprises I didn't see coming. Good story with good storyline.

Boogeyman is an evil and twisted scary man who has been shown kindness and love very seldom. After taking Shelley and the two start their relationship, the plot takes a twisted and unexpected turn. Totally recommend it 🔥😍🔥

This is nowhere as good as her other series. It is a spinoff but it isn't as good. maynard shocked me with her other book, but it was in such a way that i wouldn't put it down. This didn't make me feel this way. I"m not sure I will continue with it.

Will this book was a story of how one man who thought that he didn’t deserve love. Then while doing a job for the club. Finds someone who should be forbidden but when you know Love is right you just go for it . Will Boogeyman and Shelly be able to over come the past and start anew we shall see.
