This book is an incredible tool to help women suffering from anxiety, depression and panic disorders. The author clearly outlines the effect of low self esteem, how to identify it in yourself and how to create concrete plans to overcome it. This book is definately staying in my quick reference pile as it is so full of practical advice I know that I will be referring back to it often.

The activities are a useful tool to help build self esteem slowly and feel invigorated to keep moving forward. I am still using this workbook and plan to purchase a copy for my sister.
This book was filled with great exercises that helped to pinpoint what could be contributing to low self esteem. It also provides easy to use tools that will help move your level of self esteem in a positive direction. Good read.
