Because of a single careless mistake as a troubled teenager, Lola Parks is forced into a life as a thief. However, her victims—the corrupt and greedy upper crust of European society—hardly warrant sympathy.

I’ll be honest, I was a bit worried these books wouldn’t match the In Darkness series, but I was terribly mistaken!

Adventures. Suspenseful. Bold, yet romantic.

This is Dimitri’s story. Dimitri is being paid to protect his clients from robbery. His clients this time are the Viscount and Lord of Somerset. He’s waiting outside the Viscount’s House one night while Viscount’s hosting a party. Dimitri comes inside when he hears commotion and realizes Viscount’s sister lost her finger and a supposed ri

Dimitri! It’s Dimitri! IT’S DIMITRI!!!

OK, that’s enough, sorry. I was just so excited that Dimitri got his own series. I was hoping for a book of him, but Ms. Sunseri gave us a whole new series! She’s now officially my favourite person. Dimitri was a side character in the In Darkness series, a trusted and mysterious friend of Declan. He showed up at unexpected times, saved lives numerous times. He was like ghost. A very intriguing one. And now we got to know him much deeper.

As was expected, thi

Wow! Another intriguing story by Heather!

This is the story of Dimitri Tobias and Lola Parks. Lola is a thief of jewelry and art but not by choice. Dimitri is hired by the Somerset family to protect the family and priceless jewelry and art collection. What Dimitri didn't anticipate is falling for the thief. Lola didn't anticipate being caught but yet she was by the handsome Dimitri. From here the two go on an adventure that involves theft and murder, which Lola is guilty of one but not the other.

If you’ve read Heather Sunseri’s In Darkness series, you’ll find Dimitri Tobias familiar. When I heard about this book, I was intrigued to know how he will be portrayed in this series.

The storyline definitely had my attention. A thief protected by the person who should be hunting her down was definitely intriguing. It kept me guessing and had me on the edge of my seat anticipating.

Although there is chemistry between Dimitri and Lola, I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting more push and

“A Thief Revealed” by Heather Sunseri, pairs Dimitri Tobias, an international man of intrigue and many talents and disguises, with Lola Parks, a reluctant thief of the rich and famous. Dimitri may have just met his match in Lola! Lola lifts a ring off the finger of a British socialite, whom Dimitri just happens to be protecting. But when murder enters the story, he has a gut feeling she is no murderer. The plot twists and turns that follow leave you wanting more. This book is what I call a “BIAS ...more

A Thief Revealed is non-stop action right from the start. I really didn’t see who was responsible coming at all. That was quite the plot twist. Having read the author’s In Darkness series, it was fun to get to explore the character of Dimitri Tobias a bit more. Lola is a very likable character who you just can’t help rooting for. The end is satisfying, but sets up the next book in the series (which I promptly pre-ordered). I highly recommend reading this book to anyone who enjoys romantic thrill ...more

You'll find yourself drawn into the world of Lola and Dimitri. A fast-paced romantic thriller that will keep you guessing. A thief by no choice of her own, Lola is pulled into more serious crimes, a murder and soon finds herself wanted. The chemistry between Lola and Dimitri is off the charts. With their relationship comes choices, suspense and lots of drama. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review. ...more

An intriguing plot full of double dealing jewel thief's, and a spy who helps out Interpol and Scotland Yard.

Dimitri Tobias was a secondary character in the In Darkness series and was always a man of mystery. Now we finally get his story and his lady, jewel thief Lola Parks, is even more of a mystery than he is.

This was captivating fast paced romantic mystery set around London. and the first of a three part series.

A Thief Revealed is the first book in the International Thief series. This can be read as a standalone, but the book ends in a soft cliffhanger and it is clear that the story of Lola and Dimitri is just starting. There is some violence and sex so 18+. If you have read the author's In Darkness series, you are probably already familiar with Dimitri. He was one of my favorite characters and I am glad that the author has decided to write a series with him as the central character. Dimitri is an intr ...more

A Thief Revealed by Heather Sunseri is the first book in International Thief series. Lola Parks made a mistake eleven years ago and she has been paying for it ever since. She was trained to be a thief who can mingle with society and acquire high ticket items. Lola’s latest assignment is to acquire the Gaft Diamond from Lady Sarah Somerset at her birthday bash. After successfully obtaining the item, Lola is mingling with the guests before she departs. Then Lady Sarah rejoins the bash with blood d ...more

Heather Sunseri is one of my favorite authors and I have not been disappointed by any book she's written to date. A thief revealed is a little different than I'm used to from her but she still managed to keep my attention throughout the story.

Dimitri is a character from one of her previous series "In The Darkness". I have been waiting a while for his story and this book is the beginning of the telling of who Dimitri is or represents.

The first book in a spin-off of the authors’s In Darkness series is an enjoyable story. While the book provides some insight into Dimitri, it is more about the lady that he wants in his life, Lola, who is an art thief. The story is definitely written as a lead in to more stories about the characters. I have loved Heather Sunseri’s writing since the first book of hers that I read in The Mindspeak Series and this book is no different. I am drawn into the character’s lives and want to know more. Dimitri has always been a semi closed off character in the Darkness Series and I am excited for him to get his own series. In this story we are given a glimpse behind the veil that is all Dimitri, the services he offers and the people who hire him (other than Declan and Brooke). It appears that in this story, Dimitri has finally met a woman who captures his attention. The only problem, she is a thief that has gotten tangled up in some messy business and Dimitri is there to save the day. Lola unf ...more

Keep them coming Heather!!

For those of you who've read Heather's "In Darkness" series, you're going to love this not-so-typical spin-off! And for those of you who haven't read the "In Darkness" books, you're STILL going to love this book! It follows the mysterious and seductive Dimitri Tobias and independent and fearless leading lady Lola Parks. One of my favorite things about Heather Sunseri is that she creates such powerful female protagonists. None of them, including Lola, is perfect by any m

Ever since Declan first introduced us to Dimitri in the ‘In Darkness’ series, I’ve been dying to know more about him. I can’t say for sure that I’ve come away from this book actually knowing more, but at least I got more page time with him. And, Light of Heaven! That page time is good. This book contains all of the best elements of my favorite heist movies: especially the multiple layers of double-crosses. From Entrapment to The Score, from The Code to Heist, I adore a story that presents the ‘b ...more

The first book in a new series, this series has crossover character Dimitri (from the In Darkness Series) and a new main character of Lola, a talented thief who is not all she seems to be. Fast paced, sexy and fun, this book was a great series of capers and adventures. It has a good cast of supporting characters and I look forward to knowing more about them in future books. I also like that neither of the main characters' backstories were fully laid out so we still have much to learn about them ...more

Heather Sunseri is always at the top of my “Must Read” authors when she releases a new book. I’ve been waiting for a Dimitri Tobias book since he was introduced in Sunseri’s “Darkness” series. This book did not disappoint. I fell in love with Lola early on in the book, and I love how smart, and independent she is. Dimitri continues to intrigue me. Together they are amazing! I CANNOT WAIT for the next book to see what happens. Heather always leaves readers wanting more, and the cliffhanger at the ...more

International Thief 1

Dimitri is in a job when his client's daughter has her rare diamond ring stolen then her finger severed . When he meets the thief, Lola, he quickly realizes that she may be a thief but she wouldn't hurt her mark. Can Dimitri help Lola find out who is trying to set her up to take the fall for a part in a job she didn't do?

Join Dimitri and Lola as they move through this whirlwind romance. The story is a complete story but it is a continuing series. There is no cliffhanger end

Review for A Thief Revealed

There’s just something about the damsel in distress genre. It was so easy to get into this book. Heather has done it again. You can’t help but root for Lola and Dimitri. I really enjoyed the In Darkness series where we first met Dimitri and even though this book is a standalone from that series, it was wonderful to get even more Dimitri. Lola is a great, complex character in her own right and together, they make the book work. Can’t wait for the next installment.

This author is one of the few that write outside of my normal genre preferences in reading, and let me tell you she is worth every single page read. There is always mystery, suspense, action and romance to keep you pulled into the pages and wanting more. I was so happy to see more of Dimitri from her In the Darkness series. I can not wait to see what is in store for the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

I voluntarily reviewed this book. Lola and Dimitri. Sigh... Since meeting Dimitri in Kentucky there has been a mystery about him, one that anyone reading the series has wanted to crack from day one. Lola is a thief, a good one and from the beginning she leads Dimitri on a merry chase. This is a must read

Heather has a way with words. She knows how to catch an audience and keep them intrigued. Lola is a fierce, strong, independent woman. I love how well she handles the situations she is in. Dimitri is mysterious and strong. This book was a wonderful new series.

Great book!

I am enjoying this series so far. The characters keep things exciting and I am surprised by some of their actions. I am glad book 2 is already written because I’m off to read that now!

Kind of a cliffhanger

The events which are the focus of this story are completed, but because of a couple of text messages right at the end, we are left hanging, and not in a comfortable way.
Would have given more stars.....

I would have given this book more stars if the F-bomb wouldn’t have been used so much, especially for this type of story. Otherwise I liked the book.
